Significant adjustment seems to be the best way for them to make it look more alive, a month without a new claimed challenge make it like that there is no players who tried to chase it hardly
As they also have a sportsbook, they may also add challenge for sportsbook like to chase big odds with parlay bet.
I havent seen it in other casinos where I used to play, so maybe Allstars can be the first one to have it on the site.

Just like I said, it would help them if the challenges were a bit easier. 1,000x seems kinda hard to hit nowadays, unless you're a highroller; but for someone with a small bankroll, most probably, only luck can help them hit that amount of multiplier. Right now, most of the challenges have a 1,000x to 2,500x requirement to claim the prize. However, they do have 500x challenge on Plinko but the minimum bet is $1.

That's actually a great idea. Maybe a profit-streak challenge? Reward those who have the most consecutive wins in a specific period. 
Or a challenge where users would need to place a sports bet and win at least once a day for seven consecutive days to win a share of a massive cash prize.

Did you get different value of the free spins? Based on the screenshot you shared of your winning spin, the basebet is $2 while knuckey is offered $0.1 per spin which is the same offer as what I received.
