You forgot to mention many details about your exchange.

For example, is the exchange licensed? Does it require KYC? What fees does the exchange charge per transaction? What guarantees do you offer your clients?

You also mentioned that:

Does this mean that every transaction is subject to your review? What happens if a deposit is made and then the transaction is declined for some reason?

Does it require KYC?

According to their terms of service, yeah, they can request for kyc.

SpaceEx may conduct compliance checks including transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, and fraud detection. Users may be required to provide identity verification or source-of-funds information.
Failure to provide requested information may result in service restrictions or blocked transactions.

Op, you don't have your own liquidity and you route transactions through third party liquidity providers, what service do you use?
I am also sure your post style looks familiar to me, i believe you have been here before, is this the first exchange you have launched in this forum?

For example, is the exchange licensed?

The license part is a bit tricky and It could mean anything. Maybe they could even just use a shell/offshore company. They claim that;

KYC?
KYC is applied on a risk-based approach - not required for every transaction, but triggered for high-risk activity, large volumes, or suspicious patterns

Fees?
Our fee is included in the exchange rate spread. No hidden charges

Guarantees?
Funds are processed through verified institutional accounts on regulated exchanges (Gate.io and others). If a transaction is declined, the original assets are returned to the sender's address

Manual processing?
Yes, currently orders involve operator review. This allows us to catch errors and non-standard situations before funds are lost. It also means we can contact the client directly if something looks wrong

Liquidity providers?
We route through institutional exchange accounts. We don't disclose specific provider names publicly for competitive reasons

Yeah, having gone through the website, i can say i don't trust the exchange. I cannot prove it yet, but it takes the similar style of the many shady exchanges that usually launch in this forum and disappear whenever someone deposits a huge amount of money. Of course, i can be proven wrong and i would hope to be.

That aside, let's wait for the op to return and respond to some of the queries that have been raised already, but until then i don't recommend this service.

Too many services are notorious for blocking tx's and confiscating customers funds. So if one does not know your LP, how can they be sure their funds would not be stolen when they try to use your service?

A few things we can offer to reduce risk for new users: start with a small test transaction to verify the process works before committing larger amounts. We also publish our company registration details publicly - SpaceEx Inc., Panama Registry Folio 155780816 - so we're not anonymous

We're not going to ask you to trust us blindly. Try a small swap, see how it goes, and judge us by our actions

You know that such services need to gain trust first, and the points that I, Z-tight, and logfiles have made are essential and it is appropriate to answer them transparently because these are the points that any experienced user would ask about before even thinking about using the exchange.

I like it when users here are skeptical about any platform that comes to the forum, whether it is an exchange, casino or any other service. I also took a closer look at the space-exchange.net and read some reviews about the platform, so far what I can say is that they look different from other swap exchanges I have seen so far, although not entirely unique.

Perhaps time will tell whether they are here to  offer a genuine service on Bitcointalk or have other intentions. In any case, welcome to the forum space-exchange.net, users here tend to prefer platforms that are, transparent, trustworthy and  genuine.

You know the concern here is not about small tx's, that would obviously be processed, it is about larger tx's. However, i do not even recommend that anyone should send a large amount of their funds into any custodial service all at once. They should break it into smaller amounts, i know you get to spend more in fees, but that is the safer approach.

I know a security deposit does not mean a service is genuine, because you could deposit $20k and scam someone of $100k. Nevertheless, do you have any intention of making a security deposit with one of the escrows we have on the forum?
