NLC are not serious

The present Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) cannot stand by their own decisions, they say they are independent body but seriously influenced by the federal government.
Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) is a body that strengthens the mind of the common Nigerians, they are always their to ensure that the federal government of Nigeria do the needful , and not to resort on what the federal government want. As for this present administration, majority of Nigerians are really not comfortable with the present administration because many things have really gone wrong. The Nigerian economy is generally bad, coupled with the issue of insecurity.
Because of how bad is Nigeria economy, naira has no real value, and even when minimum wage is increased it won't help the economy, instead good policies should be made to strengthen the economy, and make naira as a currency more valuable.

You might be thinking that the government are iinfluencing the NLC ordinarily but that's not the truth because bribe has been there problem if not no matter how corrupt the country is NLC is the only people they fear because there decisions would affect everybody including the government but unfortunately they have many Judas in there means and few persons would sacrifice the minimum wages they were protesting for because of the bribe they have taking, so is a sector that nothing interesting would actually come out from. Although naira issues is not even about this government because it has been volatile for many regime now.

Don’t you think some news are just funny, and when you see this kind of news all you do is laugh over this news because you will know that NLC aren’t a very serious set of people, they’re only interested in their selfish benefit, how are they asking for 1 million Naira as minimum wage. When they’ve not even see any money close to 200k as minimum wage, if they’re serious with their demands and they feel they can get something from the Federal Government they will not be asking for such amount of money as minimum wages, but I’m thinking they’re looking at the Legislatures that are earning a huge amount of money for doing nothing, I absolutely don’t understand what the legislatures are doing, they don’t deserve to be earning such amount of money, I think there salaries should be cut down, because they’re a very useless set of people, how will they be earning such amount for sitting down and be doing nothing.

Considering the rising cost of living in Nigeria, even the 100,000 Naira the government want to increase the minimum wage to can't sustain a family for a very long time, but seeing that Nigeria labor congress is demanding the minimum wage should be increase to 1,000,000 Naira is laughable because there's no way this present government will grant their request rather it will prolong the government and Nigeria labor congress in agreeing a new minimum wage. I think Nigeria labor congress should be serious about this new minimum wage of a thing, they should seek for 300,000 Naira minimum wage so that all this drama will stop for them to easily agree a new minimum wage with the government.
