Can this be a profitable business?

You can generate more electricity in your home or work and sell the excess to the government. Solar is cheaper if you compare it with electricity in Nigeria.

Do you think it can be a profitable? Are you doing it as a business?

If I want to quote them directly then they are trying to say that, they don't want people to depend on the national grid because they obviously know that the national grid is not serving people as expected and wants them to now produce Thier own power and distribute it within themselves while the government regulates it? What sort of see finish is that?

If I'm switching to renewable energy and want to give it to a neighbour, do I need to go through all the process they are listing out Thier just to do so? And what's the sense being the government regulating it when I can literally sell it to people around and get them to directly pay me? Most regions that are in the hot zone of the country are almost disconnecting from the national gride and completely using solar for Thier day to day activity. That in itself shows how useless depending on the government grid is not to talk about creating my own power and then trying to affiliate with the government again. How much can they pay  or they still want to gain from solar users?
