What to expect from Bitcoin this summer?

Those who still believe we are following a 4 year cycle do not think we have bottomed yet and will do so in September/October later this year.

I am not quite sure what to believe but will DCA this summer and if we have to wait till later this year to bottom then so be it, its only a few months away and will be good to get some cheap prices for Bitcoin and alts.

Curious to know what we all think, do we think we are in for a red summer or are we near the bottom at $62k?  

It is hard to say the bottom will be at the current price as the price has already dropped to $59k and I think if bears pushed a little more maybe we would see the price hitting the $55k level too. But if you think $40k is going to be the bottom then I think that is a pessimistic target.

So buy as much as you can this summer because we might not be able to get BTC at this price again although it has already hit this target and then pumped by $20k, so it tells us that we have got another chance. So buy but don't buy all at once because that can be a trap and it can fall by another $5k or maybe $10k if things become worse.

Honestly, it is hard to predict the market this time around. A lot of things aren't going the way we expected them to, which means we cannot rely on our assumptions this time around.

Everyone should see this dip from a positive point of view; the price is low now, and it should be an opportunity to buy low. Some investors are already disappointed with the way the price of Bitcoin is going down. I tell you, this is not the worst-case scenario. They can restrategize and make something meaningful out of this season.

Not everyone can time the market perfectly to know what price is the bottom and when is best to buy Bitcoin. They should continue DCAing this season to avoid missing out on this precious opportunity to accumulate BTC.

The Bear will take over the market in coming months and bear market ending will be some time in very late of 2027 year, not in 2026 year.

What makes you think the bear market will last until late 2027?

I do not know exactly when it will end, but based on previous cycles, bear market typically last around 12-18 months after the halving. It usually ends at the end of the second year after the halving. This means that if history repeats itself, the bear market will end in late 2026 or early 2027.

The bottom is still far away. A small bumb doesn't always mean we're recovering. There is still demand zone, which is around 54k. So it's possible we will reach that number in summer. I remind you a dump is not occuring instantly. It's going through process, and we're already on it.

So you can try to prepare your cash to buy at the bottom in summer or slowly DCA bitcoin this time. I think the current number is good price to dollar cost averaging bitcoin. You can DCA between this range 60 - 50 - 40.

So we hit a new year low of $59,300 the other day i haven't bought any yet as think we have at least one more fall below that price.   I am expecting we go down to $55k at least.

Its hard to predict from week to week, $59k could be the low for June or we may go even lower next few weeks.

We have seen Bitcoin reach $61k. I guess there is no need to wait until the end of this year. I hope that it is already the lowest point and the market will gradually improve. Now, Bitcoin is priced at $63k, slightly better, and is also followed by some altcoins. The end of the year might see a more positive price movement, I think. However, significant movement might not yet be visible. But there is another possibility where Bitcoin might move quite slowly, and of course, be quite boring.

Is $50k really that much of a surprise if it goes that low?   That's only 60% down from the $126k high in October.

The Bitcoin high in 2021 was $69k and it went down to $16k 2022 bear market bottom, that was roughly a 76% crash from the high.

Months ago, when people hoped that "this time is different", this time contextually means "this market cycle, this bear market", I felt oppositely. The bear market of this cycle still has many months for its completion, and I saw no reasons to feel how it will end earlier than past market cycles and past bear markets. It's very unrealistic in my opinion, even two or three weeks ago, people thought like what will happen, will the bear market end, the bull market will start if the Peace Talk between the USA and Iran eventually leads to a Peace Deal?

People trust politics too much, and politicians do not exist to make us mere mortals better off, but to provide themselves and the elites with what they want and need. I sincerely doubt that there will be peace in that region in the near future, because while rockets are flying in all directions, all the talk about peace makes no sense.

Again I did not think it was realistic hope, and so far it seems I am right about these. The Bear will take over the market in coming months and bear market ending will be some time in very late of 2027 year, not in 2026 year.

The only positive thing that can move investors in Bitcoin has always been the halving, and perhaps this tradition will continue at the end of 2027 and after the halving in 2028. However, it is possible that in the time until then there will be bigger jumps and drops in price in relation to how inflows/outflows from spot BTC ETFs will move.

To be fair, when you look at the previous bottoms, people are expecting more and they will probably not be wrong. I am not saying do not buy here, if you want to then you could buy here and eventually you will profit, it will go above this price fairly quickly like in a year or 18 months.

But if you want to wait, 50k is not an impossible number, we could reach 50k and it would not be impossible to get there. I think it is quite clear that we are going to see those type of prices soon.

According to the current situation of Bitcoin and if we consider it according to the four-year cycle, the market has the possibility of falling further. However, I believe that the Bitcoin market may have a bigger fall, as the possibility of its price falling below $50k is very low. The fall that we are currently facing in Bitcoin may not be very long, but the market is already moving towards the high. However, if the Bitcoin market starts to fall in September and October, then there is a high possibility of touching $50k, although such predictions will be very rare. However, those who invest for a long time do not worry about the market falling, they are patient and when the market enters a recession, they buy more.
