We have been saying it on this forum that people should have gambling budget or bankroll that they should not exceed within the set period they set and that it should be of little amount of money. Gambling can not be a source of income because it is highly risky which I still see as an understatement to let people know how risky gambling is. It is better not to be greedy. Looking for money, but losing more much money instead. Gambling sites have to survive, provide for their workers and also earn from gamblers.

Gambling is supposed to be fun, so if someone is overwhelmed with the loss or can't handle their emotions due to too many loss then they should take a break and come back when they are fine to continue. I don't call this topic just mere advice,  it is the real truth that people must know before deciding to gamble. Irrespective of how careful a player is, losses must happen and the ability to plan for them and handle them is what determine how well we will do as gamblers. We have also been kicking against taking gambling as a source of income here in the forum. Gambling shouldn't even be a second choice for earning money. Business or investment should be the alternative source. The reason is that gambling is not guaranteed, and it cannot be improved. On a scale of 1 - 10, losses incurred while gambling could hit the number 8 ceiling and that means even professional gamblers record more losses than wins on a consistent basis, but what sets those professional gamblers apart from the amature gamblers is their emotional control and financial discipline that they have learnt to nurture.
It could be true that one big win can help recover major losses, but that's not to say that without proper financial and risk management the money can't be exhausted in the wrong way because of the lure of more money, because when you think you have hit the best luck and can hold onto it or sustain it, that's when the losses start to roll in to eat up all the wins so far gotten.

Nice advice this is a very timely reminder to all gambler's and intending once too. Gambling is something that involves risk and anyone who is not prepared to handle risk should not get himself involved with anything that has to do with gambling. No one likes on losing money but once you do deal up with gambling then expect that loses would be inevitable and it could be more on which depends on what type or kind of gambling you are dealing whether its on casino games or would be doing some sports betting or poker on which considered out to be strategic but of course its still gambling. This is why you should be setting up your mind that you should be that doing gambling for the sake of fun and entertainment and never ever make yourself having that kind of thinking that you can make sure money with that or having some income or thinking that you wont lose on which this is that on the delusional part. One thing that helps a gambler to be able to endure loses is by having an alternative second of income without relying on the profits made from gambling alone. Because profits made from gambling are not consistent and guaranteed, which is why when a gambler start having consecutive loses, they tend to loses their minds and start acting strange around friends and family members. So the earlier people realize that gambling is never to be treated as a source of income, the better for them in making critical decisions that matters with their finances. And that's why we always advocate that people gambles with what they can always afford to lose at every time. Easier to say but hard to do especially if you are greedy with gambling. You don't just gamble to seek entertainment alone but most of the gamblers are expecting to make an income from gambling. And losses are part of the process before hitting a jackpot. That is why even if these gamblers can no longer persevere losses, they force themselves to continue gambling believing that in the long run a big win awaits for them.
