It is kind of inevitable for most gamblers to find themselves in a position where they start to lose money because of their feelings and seeing their money going down the drain. It is something which happens to pretty much all newbies who have not realized how gambling works.

Though, I agree with you. If someone cannot have control over their feelings, that person is not supposed to gamble regularly, if any at all. Because that kind of gambler will not only lose lose their money, they won't be able to enjoy their experience on bookies and casinos.

The truth is that gamble is all about lost and gain, so if you aren't prepared to accept lost as a gambler then just forget it because as long as gamble is concern lost is inevitable and can't be avoided. Yes, I understand the problem, but when I get too positive and insist on doing things right, and I think I'm doing them right, well, they don't turn out so well because I lose money. And as I said before, sometimes it's not so easy to stay calm. It's also not easy to stay calm with the money we can lose. If you are a responsible gambler, you will not take gambling as a source of income instead only form of entertainment only. but of those people who wanted to seek money this could be an expensive hobby imagine every fun you will get there is an equivalent value. If you are afraid to lose but you still wanted to play gambling better to seek other kind of game preferences that you have the chance of the odds to win and you can identify the risk so at least you have an option. That’s correct since even experienced gamblers sometimes being triggered when experiencing heavy losses. That’s how hard to handle gambling because money was involved especially if you are risking what you can’t afford to lose or you are not financially stable.

However, we can’t dictate or stop anyone to try it out of curiosity since gambling is very accessible and can be play without any requirements, just money.

Playing gambling without emotion and for fun is necessary so you will not chasing the wins. You know the risks and prevents the big lost to reducing the risk of losing money. I agree. Not every gambler can endure the losses. Sometimes stress does come in, and that's when we make most of our wrong choices. One of those bad choices is keeping up on deposits and not giving up. It's the road to more financial chaos and probably debts in different ways. i.e., banks, loaning applications.
It's best if we can still think clearly even after a loss. If we are not able to afford to gamble anymore, then stop. If the money is meant for something important, use it first. Don't try doubling your money using something that is meant for bills and other payments that must be done for the purpose of having some extra. That's very wrong. And still, the most important thing is to not allow oneself get addicted, because addiction is the one thing to avoid at all cost, and this is because if addiction sets in, a gambler will engage himself in all of this things ans behaviours we advice against and won't even know it, or may consider it as a normal way to gamble.

Personally, I don't consider setting a limit target in loses as a wise though, I think what is more wise is to set aside money that the gambler can spend on gambling either everyday, every week or every month depending on how the gambler Is getting income, someone who runs a business and makes money every day can sets a small amount as money he can spend on gambling daily, maybe $5, maybe $10 depending on the total earning, where as once this money is lost, then the gambler will have to wait for the next day, or next week, or next month to gamble again, I think this is better.

Your advise is good that is the simple truth about the game, nothing more than that, because winning is never guaranteed at all. It has been said several times that gambling involves more losses than wins, so gamblers don't need to be told to know that gambling depends on luck.

If you are somebody who gets angry when you lose, it would be best to check those emotions before gambling. Having a bankroll and sticking to it doesn't mean you won't get angry when you lose

According to what I understand from the post, it is 3 things that gamblers should do. The first is that they should have bankroll, the second is that they should stick to the bankroll, and the third which is very important is to use a little amount of money to gamble.

Example is if you are earning $500 weekly, but you are using $10 to gamble, you may not like to lose money, but if you lose money, you will not get angry. I have lost money while gambling several times, but not to the point of getting angry or getting emotional about it.

The percentage of money you are using to gamble matters a lot.
