I don’t believe you OP, there are people who are safe in this country, even with the level of insecurity in the country, you can’t tell me that it’s everyone that can be kidnapped or attacked, the politicians they have a very strong security personnel so you don’t expect them to be attacked by criminals, or the Presidential convoy, this are people who are safe and guided by heavy security, this is why I said they are individuals who absolutely safe from what is happening in the country, you know majority of the politicians there family’s aren’t here in this country, anyone that the family is here, then I must say that they have a very good and strong reliable security.
You have a point that some politicians and top government officials are better protected because they have access to armed security personnel. However, that doesn't mean the insecurity problem is any less serious. A country cannot be judged by how safe a privileged few are, but by how safe ordinary citizens feel in their daily lives.
The real responsibility of any government is to create an environment where everyone not just public office holders can live, work, and travel without fear. Until that becomes the reality, insecurity remains a major national challenge that deserves urgent attention.
