A purely P2P version of modular values would allow online payments to be sent directly from one party to another without going through the fractional reserve banking system. Digital signatures provide part of the solution, but the main benefits are lost if a trusted third party is still required to prevent private key recovery. We propose a solution to the problem using a peer-to-peer network. The network spacestamps information by carefully measuring it into an ongoing chain of phylo-based proof-of-equivalence, forming a record that cannot be changed without redoing the proof-of-equivalence. The chain not only serves as proof of the sequence of events witnessed, but proof that it serves the chain. The network itself requires minimal structure.

I highlited the parts that on first sight look interesting. The picture is the key, one key. Another key is the "0d1vHyLWQXkQWZBhfQmZWu8jgXA54DgLx+bPJQNBrL4AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAABbiQspK6Gr2bE". Those two, when "combined" form what i can guess either private key or public key which is obvious, so a dumb statement from me, my guess its a public key from both parts that need some kind of combining to get the real public key, and perhaps using kangaroo afterwards to get the private key.. The key from the picture is most likely something "simple", doesnt require some complex sequence of operations to extract the data. Or it could be that both of those hints, are a signed message, which makes sence since the signature is mentioned in the text. Also "Signature: A Base64-encoded cryptographic string (65 bytes) that links the message to the address" which kinda fits into the whole "missing 1 char" since that part has only 64 bytes, and with that one missing would make it 65 bytes in total. So you have 1 signature, picture that requires something basic to decipher, pgp message that when decoded by "already mentioned" password - gives "." and the fact 1 char is missing from the "0d1vHyLWQXkQWZBhfQmZWu8jgXA54DgLx+bPJQNBrL4AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAABbiQspK6Gr2bE", which i suppose could be easily "brute forced" to find that one that is missing. All in all, a really interesting challenge, i like it

It's J. I threw gpt-5.6-sol max at it for the whole night, but I didn't crack the key yet - only found a compressed key. Current status: the puzzle structure is decoded, but the private key itself is not recovered yet.
Found:
Missing Base64 character: J. The signature signs the complete OP text with no trailing newline. It recovers the funded SegWit address bc1qrpn28qa82uyjg37dvsz3w7wpm3kpdea957nm9p, currently holding 800,000 sats. The significant s bytes select nine emojis. Reading their Unicode bytes “inside-out” produces: 031dffd7ff0d400f0afcc3fdcefc0d400f0da10f3a390f77ff0d400f68fe0d080f The cat’s eight-step path yields binary 00110011, ASCII 3, confirming the 03 compressed-key prefix. This matches the author’s later “inside-out” and “ASCII 8 cat” hint in the puzzle thread. The image geometry and the author’s earlier comments strongly identify this as an 80-bit interval discrete logarithm. More than five million structured Unicode, equivalence, cipher, and direct-algebra candidates have been rejected against the corrected signature.
Not found:
The 80-bit scalar h satisfying H = hG. Therefore, not yet the final private key or WIF. No evidence of a seed phrase—the puzzle appears to recover one ECDSA private key.
The remaining computational command is:

Don't run this - I scanned almost the entire 80-bit range and I found nothing. I'm running a scan on 90-bit range too, but honestly, I think this is a dead end as well. What on earth is this point?

My cat is not part of this puzzle, yet somehow he managed to create the J incident. I guess this is what happens when you spend 3 days to create and validate a puzzle and then fail to publish the artifacts correctly.
Fixed first post. To progress before wasting any compute power, the data speaks for itself, which creates some immediate conclusions, so no idea where it was ever hinted anything about using Kangaroo.
