XYQON - Community-built public blockchain

Xyqon (XYQON) is a community-built public blockchain project designed for open network participation, peer-to-peer transactions, mining rewards, and building digital assets on-chain. It operates through decentralized TCP peer nodes, with blocks, transactions, mining rewards, chain sync, and peer discovery managed by the network.

Xyqon is built in Rust and uses proof-of-work mining, SHA-256 block hashing, signed Ed25519 transactions, and a public block explorer/dashboard for network visibility. The network supports standard XYQON transfers, fixed-supply community coins, NFTs, persistent mempool handling, dynamic difficulty adjustment, and fork resolution using accumulated work.

Xyqon is designed to be lightweight, open, and builder-friendly, giving miners, node operators, developers, and community members a simple foundation for experimenting with blockchain applications, tokens, collectibles, and public network tools.

Note: Xyqon currently uses mining-based coin issuance with a capped total supply of 67,000,000 XYQON.

Reward Rules:

Block number is between 1 and 100,000 → the reward is 10 XYQON
Block number is between 100,001 and 200,000 → the reward is 5 XYQON
Block number is between 200,001 and 300,000 → the reward is 2.5 XYQON
Block number is between 300,001 and 400,000 → the reward is 1.25 XYQON

Subsidy is cut in half every 100,000 blocks. If the remaining supply is less than the scheduled reward, only the remaining supply can be minted.
