Hello everyone, I’m Trêvoid. Many of you know me from the Bitcointalk and kycnot.me communities, where I have long prioritized client support and proactive defense against scams also I operate a no-KYC/no-AML swap service and have built a strong track record of successful transactions. Please note that this initiative is not an advertisement for my own service; it is a resource intended to protect the community. I have been actively tracking the FixedFloat Scams Megathread ( can be found here, https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5550083.msg ) and recently launched a project to expand this monitoring called Manually Audited No-KYC Crypto Directory. We are seeing an alarming surge in "exchanges" orchestrating large-scale exit scams, often resulting in massive losses for users. These platforms frequently lure victims with predatory "low-fee" rates, effectively acting as honeypots before eventually seizing funds. To address this, I have built an audited, community-vetted database to help users make informed, safe decisions. My philosophy is simple: " If it’s cheap, it’s expensive." In the crypto space, this rings particularly true. By sharing documented research and verified user experiences, I hope to save others from the high cost of predatory traps. I invite you to review my findings and contribute your own experiences to help keep our space secure. https://kycnone.com ( Manually Audited No-KYC Crypto Directory ) Best regards, — Trêvoid

Hey, Trêvoid.
Thanks for the great initiative, especially during this time when we are having a rise in exit scams involving these exchange services claiming to provide no-KYC exchange services that are much sought after by users who value privacy.
I just want to make a comment about swapter that is selectively scamming users. I think any service that has been proven to scam or selectively scam shouldn't have any link to their website. Just only links to threads warning about the scam

Thank you Bitcoin_Arena I'll do my best to warn the community and help. I'm aware that Swapter's actions were a blatant scam; I'm closely monitoring the case and have marked it with a " scam" tag in my directory. https://kycnone.com/

One other thing, the tags seem to be overlapping with the services' names as shown in the screenshot I have shared. I think it's not just my device. I have checked with different browsers, and the overlapping is persistent. Earlier, when I checked, everything seemed to be fine. Please confirm and rectify.

My philosophy is simple: "If it’s cheap, it’s expensive." In the crypto space, this rings particularly true.
This could be true sometimes. I mean, if an instant exchange is offering $0.2% fixed rate for any swap, like i saw one service advertising some weeks ago, then that is a red flag and should raise suspicion. But on the other hand, there are services that've been running fine for a while now, and their fee is low and competitive. So we could question your philosophy and ask: How cheap is 'cheap', in order for it to raise suspicion? I don't think the fee rate should be the first point of suspicion, it could be one of it though, if it is too 'low'. Thank you for what you are trying to do for the community.

I think the issue is that your browser isn't maximized: when the window is larger the tags display correctly, but when it’s smaller they shift. I’ll review the code and work on a permanent fix, but for now making the window bigger should resolve it. Thanks again. My philosophy is simple: "If it’s cheap, it’s expensive." Thanks for commenting, Z-tight. Legitimate services run with low fees I can’t stress that enough. A newly launched no-KYC platform offering 0.1% swap fees is almost certainly a scam; everyone should be very cautious. Even if it’s fine today, it could become dangerous later. This isn’t an isolated issue it’s a warning sign that users must be careful. Which is done by many russian swap sites, if you do high amount swap at once you can get lower fee. For example, a client recently asked me for a swap rate . I quoted 5% and he thought it was too high, so he used another service which he thinks no-kyc but simply service was using other liquidity providers. His funds were frozen and he later came back to ask for help.

I am viewing the world cup match and not close to my work computer. I managed to view your site on phone. It's fine, but I think there should be scores that will categorize the projects into safe, medium risk and high risk. My philosophy is simple: "If it’s cheap, it’s expensive." In the crypto space, this rings particularly true.

I align with you on this. If we wholly rely on the "if it's cheap, it's expensive" psychology, we might end up encouraging high service fees in the quest of looking real. A service can still charge a considerable low fee and it's not a scam and will not turn scam. Low fees is not the only pointer of scam services, it will not be healthy to shift the attention to fees.

Of course it's not the only indicator, but it is one important signal. A service that has operated through multiple market cycles is inherently less risky than a newly launched platform, regardless of fee structure. Regarding scores that categorize projects (as many listing services do), we're taking a different approach: we’ll publish audited reports and user reviews for each service.

That is true. A service that has survived successive bears and bulls is a less risky one, compared to the one that appear suddenly during a steady or bull market. Regarding scores that categorize projects (as many listing services do), we're taking a different approach: we’ll publish audited reports and user reviews for each service.
Taking a different approach is fine. I know publishing audited reports will take more time and resources, but we need them.

I was testing some services and then checked OctoSwap I was surprised to see the minimum payment required was around $7,000 and you can't pay any less. Read more: https://kycnone.com/threads/octoswap-min-amount-range-7k.2/

LOL, that's pretty funny. that's a huge red flag for me, if I saw it on any platform, I would definitely avoid using it. What does it even mean when the minimum swap amount is $7,000? That's crazy. I would advise anyone to stay away from swaps that require such a high minimum swap amount, especially if that is still new and hasn't earned users' trust yet.

Yes, minimum swap is $7,000, so users should be careful.

Maybe you can add an "About" tab on the website. If people randomly find it, they can click "About" to understand the purpose of the service.
When I saw that list at the bottom of the page, under "No‑KYC Crypto Exchanges", I thought that it would be a directory of exchanges guaranteed not to have KYC. After seeing ChangeNOW, Exolix, Swapuz, etc., I was sure that's not the case. I think other visitors of your website might get the wrong impression, thinking something similar. Unless they click on an exchange to read the submissions, they may think those are platforms that you recommend.
Maybe you can change the name from "No‑KYC Crypto Exchanges" to something else that doesn't sound like a list of no-KYC exchanges.

Best regards, — Trêvoid What criteria and requirements do you have for listing requests on your platform? Are there specific standards for this? Do you accept newly launched platforms that have been operating for less than one month? What fees do you charge for listing requests? What benefits will a person receive if they become a sponsor with you? And does it undergo any additional verification process? Also, why don’t you add a Proof of Reserves system within the Submit Listing form, a field for a verified profile or official documentation of the service provider/team, an option for the service establishment date, a field for a link to the service’s most active community, an optional field for a PGP signature, and at least one field for a public blockchain address when applicable?
