eiger.st is a privacy-focused cryptocurrency swap service built for users who value anonymity,
🔸 Privacy first: no KYC / AML, no registration, no identity verification
🔸 Minimal data collection: no JavaScript, no cookies, no tracking logs

Followed THREE DAYS LATER by,

- If they come from shady sources, risky places, darknet, illegal activities... then pick "My bitcoins are dirty". Your BTC goes to a dirty wallet. There's an extra +2% fee on the swap

- If your BTC are legit, pick "My bitcoins are clean"

What the actual HELL is this shit!

Fuck your exchange.

And a bonus fuck you for promoting the taint narrative.

-----

Now can you adapt the OP and the Topic title that is full of crap right now so people do not get misled by your shitty swap service?

Once we receive payment, we run an AML check...
Your topic title literally says no AML and now you are running an AML checks. Wrongly advertising to be zero KYC/AML will send away more visitors than having that added due to regulations, being upfront with it and pledging to be as lenient as possible with the checks so honest users never have anything to worry about.

Having an escrow goes a good way to build trust but it is not the only step.

Sorry if I explained it poorly

No AML check is performed when you select the "my coins are dirty" option

The AML check only applies to users who claim their coins are clean

Dirty coins are accepted they are simply routed to a separate pool

What sense does it make then?  If a cop pulls someone off the road for suspecting drug posession and they get to choose whether they have any or not and if they choose to say no they are let go, what is the point of pulling someone off the road.

In other words.  Why would anyone choose that their Bitcoin is 'dirty'?  The same people who would submit an IRS form to pay tax for self admitting selling drugs?

Because claiming your coins are clean doesn't make them clean
Users selecting the clean option are still subject to an AML check
If the coins are flagged, they are redirected to the dirty pool (or refunded)
The goal is simply to keep the two liquidity pools separate

I've updated the thread and the feature description to make this process clearer and avoid any confusion

Not about being wrongly explained.
A no Kyc and no AML swap service shouldn't promote any discrepancy between a dirty coin and a clean coin.
If I am coming to swap with you, I shouldn't be bothering myself if my coin was dirty or clean.

I see you are trying to compromise privacy because of fees. The extra 2% fee to be charged if the coin is dirty, why not incorporate it to the real fee and have a flat fee. You know your original fee will be high right?

Just find a balance, else you'll mess everything up here.

ahh friend from ukraine or should i say ru***? you’re promoting GPG so much, adding it to your website and posting public services key so people can verify if it’s real (which is really bad btw) and now you’re saying you won’t give us the TXID so we can check if it’s true?

Eiger looks similar to Tomboi, does I suggest anything?

Why people do fraud?

That's a fair point

The feature was introduced to address concerns about users receiving BTC that could later be flagged by AML on certain platforms

After reading the feedback, I agree that introducing a clean/dirty distinction adds unnecessary complexity

I've disabled feature for now

I appreciate the feedback.

Good comment, I also mentioned this in a private message, sending them a few quotes from the administrator.

The difference between us is that when I say "yes," I take full responsibility for my words within the stated amount, regardless of the circumstances. But I don't think you understand the meaning of that word, given that you lack the courage to ask this and other questions from your real account.

Why are you bothered about the TXID of an escrow amount that is not even large. That is an amount icopress can even cover from his personal fund. Let's move to more important things.

Eiger looks similar to Tomboi, does I suggest anything?
Tomboi scammed above $100k, if they are to return, they won't be dealing with only one pair because of lack of liquidity or struggling to raise a substantial amount for escrow.

Looking at the background of the site, it seems quite similar to the background used by dex.fo. Site's features look good overall and at the moment only two tokens are available for swapping, but the available amount is quite small. If someone wants to make swaps on a larger scale, the limit could be exhausted very quickly. That may be understandable during the initial testing phase, but over time the available amount will likely increase, and more tokens may be added as well.

Their ANN design needs further improvement, there are no easily accessible links available, which should also be fixed. Since the funds are held in escrow by a respected campaign manager, I hope the project will perform well going forward.

it's not about the unnecessary complexity, it's about the notion that there are "clean" and "dirty" coins, that's the problem.
if you are really privacy first as you claim, you shouldn't be pushing stuff like that.

you shouldn't worry about users having their coins flagged by AML on other platforms, it's their problem to worry about, but if you really want, you could make a list of platforms that flag coins coming from your pool so they can be avoided.

I've disabled feature for now
good choice.

or that is what they would like you to believe.
