QuickXchange, it is not normal to ignore questions, especially if it is a valid question as regards your service.
This is an opportunity to market your core advantage to the public but you rather choose to ignore it.
Sometimes I feel that these accounts are bots or are run by one person who then answers questions when suspicions arise.
They all use third-party liquidity providers, so there is nothing new.
You are correct. They have even posted again after our conversation without responding to the lingering question.
Maybe it's time to start ignoring these threads.
But what will it cost them to hire someone to represent them here. Even some forum members can charge a little to keep their thread updated and look humanly managed.
Hello
Thank you for your comment.
I apologize for the delayed response. During the past period, I relied on a third party to help manage some aspects of the project and forum communication Unfortunately, things did not go as expected, which resulted in delays and unanswered questions.
I am now personally handling the project and forum communication to ensure better transparency and faster responses.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
So you are basically relying on Monease for liquidity which is a renown exchanger, correct? I believe your exchange fees will be slightly higher than those at Monease exchanger itself which leads me to ask why would anyone opt to use your service instead of just dealing directly with Monease exchanger?
What extra advantage that QuickXchange.net have?
First of all, I apologize for the delayed response.
I relied on a third party to help manage some aspects of the project and forum communication, and unfortunately things did not go as expected.
You make a fair point some users may prefer dealing directly with larger platforms, and that's completely understandable.
With QuickXchange, we're trying to offer a more personal service, faster communication, and direct support when users need assistance. For some people, having someone available to help and follow up on their exchange is just as important as the exchange rate itself.
