The big question is how is this even possible self like you no it not even close to be possible on this part because the government are the one causing all this things to happen to there is no need for you to say how Measures on how the government should stop insecurity the real fact is that  is that there is more uncertainty storyline you need to here to no the truth about the government and you should have in mind to that this government doesn’t care about anything or anybody all there are after is money that the real truth….

I think it best for the government should see to this measure and they should stop acting like cowards…

I don't know why our leaders have decided to remain silent when it comes to insecurity. Why in a country like this insecurity would have been the number one priority they would have tackle first. It can only be a bad government who do not understand that the life of the people they are ruling is so very important. We have to be wise, by choosing the rightful people who have human sympathy and ready to take risk at anytime insecurity arises. Because, the level of insecurity is a problem in this country, no day you don't hear a very scaring news either on social media or television. So any president who is appointed to be on that sit for four years, should be ask how he intends  to tackle insecurity when it happens.

You're right, those measures can't be any help because the government won't implement them. Yes they won't because they are the people orchestrating all the attacks within the country. The government are fully responsible for what is happening within the country. Insecurity has become an oil business for generals in the military. It seems our military generals are collaborating with the federal government to nurture insecurity and bandits attacks otherwise insecurity would have been a thing of the past. Military should stand up to their constitutional responsibility because the sovereignty of Nigeria is at stake.

Beyond the usual military operations because obviously we still can’t trust who is who again with the current situation going about, we need bold thinking like integrating drone surveillance around all suspected areas and surrounding forests with affordable solar powered drones for aerial monitoring. This will help detect the so called bandit movements early, track and monitor whatever is going on or there plans and provides live updates to our security operating.
Countries like Israel and India has shown how drone transforms ruler security and we can also adapt it and work towards it here as well if truly the government don’t have hands in the whole thing and they truly want to find a lasting solution to this ongoing insecurity.

When I first saw the title of your post I thought you were going to outline the procedures or steps our government should take in order to solve the insecurity that has caused unrest in the country. What you have said is far from what will end insecurity in Bola Admed Tinubu's regime. The Nigeria government knows who and who is responsible for the insecurity happening and they can decide to end it today but they aren't doing that because they are using it to make money. Since Bola Admed Tinubu is aware of the insecurity in the country without doing anything to put an end to it, our only measure to put a stop on insecurity is by unseaten him as the president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in 2027.

From the little i know, I will say at first the leadership body of all security agencies should restructured and new leaders brought to office and direct power given to them which means they should be allowed to make decisions for themselves

Every failing structure is never advised to be raised back through the hands of those that was the leaders when it happens, even if they claim that there was no privilege of making a decision of there own in there various offices, so actually when a system is refreshed this way it eradicate those who has been the reason of the country problems. In Nigeria the politicians and those in high office are not the ones that should be relieved alone because all our military heads would also have to be changed or immediate sacked and also soldiers because we wouldn't no what those leaders has made some soldiers to become.

You are right. Any country that wants to work properly especially in terms of insecurity, a good leader is needed. We need some who will put the country first over anything like greed, selfish interests and corruption. But I think a good working systems is more important than having a good leader. let's look at USA if the president is doing nonsense or misusing his power the other arms of the government can punish him for that. Unlike Nigeria here where both the Judiciary and Legislative are being controlled by the Executive government. So the president can't be punished for his incompetence. Apart from this arms of government other bodies like the law enforcement agencies, electoral bodies, and public service institutions must also be effective and accountable.

‎We the Citizens also have our own issues, where we don't often follow the rules of law. Moreover in the issue of this insecurity of a thing, do you know that it's usually citizens that give intelligence and information to the bandits (very wrong stuff). For the government to do well, we the Citizens also have to do our part whereby we demand transparency, hold public officials accountable, and engage in the democratic process.

The problem we face in Nigeria is mostly a fundamental one, it is one which has to do with the root of all problems which is the system of leadership itself. Till date, Nigeria has not succeeded in having a good leadership system where things function the way they are spelt out in the constitution and people obey and respect what comes from the constituted authorities. The system of leadership is different from the leaders itself. It is the leaders who build the system but it is the system which keeps them in check in return. The system stops people from looting funds or minimize it to a large extent. But when the system is rotten or broken, it affects the leaders and everyone   suffers since it goes on to affect people's lives and lifestyle. For example the insecurity is now hurting everyone being it the politicians and the masses and God forbid a time will come they will be entering houses not minding whether the victim is anyone else who is either innocent or not.

Those whom you call public representatives are not literally elected by the people's vote, most of them are elected through fraud and earn money by being associated with the government in various ways. The leaders of our country consider politics as a profession. They make decisions that benefit them from being in power and earn money and to protect themselves from possible corruption investigations, they launder a huge amount of wealth abroad. If the amount of money that our country's leaders launder every year could be prevented and invested in the country, many people would get employment opportunities and poverty would be reduced.

Everything boiled down to the seating president that's in power. Just as it's earlier said above if the government has plans of ending insecurity today in Nigeria, it's done and dusted within a day but since they all have hands in it and benefiting greatly they will never put a stop to it. Untill we all join force together as one and push President Tinubu out from office things won't be OK, and the only way we can achieve that is to turn up in mass and vote him out from power in the next coming election. However, it's very obvious that Tinubu has no good plans for us, he doesn't care if we all live or die, all he pretty cares about is how to win the next election. But what he didn't know is that we own Nigeria and not him, if they know they have all the power as claimed, they should conduct a free, fair and credible election and sees how it goes.

You're on point. Politicians who are elected through fraud don't take governance seriously. They don't give priority to the need of the people that voted them into power. They are after how they would embezzle more money to balance the money they have spent during their elections. For these class of politicians, nothing is more important than the money not even the personal interests of the people matter to them. Nigerians should take it as a serious concern not to vote these class of politicians again into power in the next general election because they would be moving in the same circle of corrupt politicians and the changes they have been praying for wouldn't be achieved.
