HobbyHash Coin [HOBC]
A SHA256 coin built for home miners, solo miners, hobby miners, and small mining setups

Website: https://hobbyhashcoin.com
Ticker: HOBC | Algorithm: SHA256 | Established: 2026

What is HobbyHash Coin?

HobbyHash Coin, ticker HOBC, is a SHA256 cryptocurrency project focused on home miners, solo miners, small rigs, hobby ASIC owners, and people who enjoy mining for the challenge, the learning, and the chance to participate without needing warehouse-scale hash power.

The goal is simple:

Bring the fun of mining back to regular people.

Most mining today is dominated by large farms, huge pools, and industrial setups. HobbyHash Coin is being built around a different idea: small miners should have a place to participate, learn, run nodes, mine solo, test wallets, and be part of a project designed around the hobby mining community from the beginning.

Basic Coin Information

Coin Name: HobbyHash Coin

Ticker: HOBC

Algorithm: SHA256

Focus: Home miners, hobby miners, solo miners, small ASIC miners, and community mining

Website: https://hobbyhashcoin.com

Explorer: Explorer information will be posted on the official website

Mining Pool: Pool information will be posted on the official website

Wallets: Wallet downloads and setup guides will be posted on the official website

Support Tickets: Support requests, moderator applications, support helper applications, testing offers, and project contact should be submitted through the official support ticket system on the website.

Year Established: 2026

Core Project Goals

  • Home miner focused - Built for hobby miners, small ASIC owners, garage setups, test rigs, and solo miners.
  • SHA256 mining - Uses a familiar mining algorithm for many ASIC miners and home mining setups.
  • Solo mining culture - The project is being built around solo mining, mining stats, block tracking, and transparent participation.
  • Beginner friendly - Guides, downloads, node setup instructions, wallet instructions, and mining tutorials will be published for new users.
  • Open information - Public documentation, explorer information, wallet downloads, mining pool information, and project updates will be available through the official website.
  • Community driven - HobbyHash Coin is looking for early community members, moderators, testers, support helpers, miners, and node operators.

Why HobbyHash Coin?

Mining has become harder for small miners to enjoy. Many people still have older ASICs, small home setups, test benches, nano miners, or hobby rigs, but most major networks are now far beyond the reach of casual miners.

HobbyHash Coin is being built for the people who still enjoy:

  • Running miners from home
  • Learning how blockchain nodes work
  • Watching shares and best difficulty climb
  • Trying to hit solo blocks
  • Running a node for the network
  • Testing wallets and mining software
  • Helping build a smaller mining-first community

This project is not claiming that home miners can magically overpower large farms. Instead, the goal is to create a chain, tools, community, and mining environment that respects small miners and gives them a place to participate from the beginning.

Mining and Pool Direction

HobbyHash Coin is planned around solo mining and hobby mining. The project will include mining information, pool setup details, and public stats so miners can see activity clearly.

Planned mining-related features include:

  • Solo mining pool support
  • Home miner friendly documentation
  • Worker-based mining stats
  • Best share tracking
  • Block hit tracking
  • Node setup guides
  • Wallet setup guides
  • Clear instructions for miners using ASIC hardware

The goal is to make it simple for someone with a home miner to understand how to connect, mine, check stats, run a wallet, and support the network.

Transparency Notice

HobbyHash Coin is an early-stage project. Information will continue to be published as the project grows, including wallet downloads, node setup instructions, mining guides, explorer links, supply details, reserve information, and community updates.

A startup and ongoing development reserve is planned for project costs, infrastructure, development, support, listings, community growth, and maintenance. Reserve information will be published clearly so the community understands how funds are intended to be used.

There is no guarantee of exchange listing, market price, mining profitability, mining return, block discovery, or future value. HobbyHash Coin is a hobby mining and community coin project. Nothing in this post should be considered financial advice, investment advice, or a promise of profit.

We have the Linux Node Downloads and GitHub in privacy mode till we list in about 60 days on the exchanges. Why? Because we are trying to focus to home miners. If a person is running a node and they have a local CKPool  they can override the TH limits we have in place. We will also lift our pool limits at that time. Trying to get the focus on home/small rigs. Keep the Farms out of it.

We will post updates when we open the node and GitHub for public downloads.
