I don't like to hang out casinos, I really don't. I understand sometimes things take time. But this is different.

I had a huge win of 47964 EUR on 22th April. They paid out 20k but the remainder is now sitting in my account, over 6 weeks later.
I'm at my wit's end. They were happy letting me deposit thousands, but when it comes to paying out wins they are not happy.

And it's not even been a back-and-forth. I literally haven't heard ANYTHING for over a month!

Oh, but they're very sorry and understand how I feel - they've been understanding how I feel for over a month. That's all I know.

Obviously we need some more info than just that. What did they say when you tried to withdraw more, or at least what did whatever notification say. From you post alone nobody would ever understand what your story is about, you should know that.

Instead of uploading a picture of the chat support you should upload a pic of the email or whatever notifying you about a investigation (r whatever it is they are doing). This chat pic tells absolutely nothing and also support agents don7t ever give any real info anyway.

I would happily send a copy of any email, if they had the common decency of sending me one. They haven't sent me anything for a month and a half. NOTHING. Not a single email.

I have to go to support agents (like the one pictured) who say, oh yes, we did escalate this and we are waiting to hear back from the team.

I have no info. NONE.

I played casino only, with no deposit bonus.

So, it is pretty clear that the Duelbits team is waiting for the investigation result of the 3rd party provider. Most probably you have won the amount on 3rd party provider games. That's why it is taking a long time like that. I have seen some cases like that in the past where the 3rd party provider games investigation took around 2 months. Can you share the screenshot of your huge winning bet here? Maybe it was a rare win and the game provider is checking the integrity of the win.

I have edited the first post to include all the documentation I have. They never emailed me, it's only ever been support chat that tells me next to nothing. I was hoping it would resolve itself during the past few days, but apparently in vain.

It's now been almost 2 months.

I would say the chance is 50:50 that I can give a helping hand. Duelbits is not in my direct contact, so I can't mediate them here. IIRC, I tried to reach them through email in the past and they walled me by requiring the player to reach them themselves.

If we brought to contesthunters though... I will still have to do a mighty lift to reach them and get their attention to reply to the case in our ADR, but they probably would be more willing to answer to a binding ADR than to me as a mere member of a forum.

Well, Duelbits is a well-known, reputable casino. I don't think I have ever seen them holding funds for this long. I understand that 3rd party review takes a lot of time. But how long can they keep their player waiting for the withdrawal? It is totally unacceptable. I, as a player, expect my withdrawal instantly. If they take time to review, it should be done within three business days. A casino says that they do not have any ETA for the review. What kind of fucking casino is it if they cannot provide an ETA?

The player should create a flag, and the DT members to support the flag at this point. If Duelbits release the withdrawal and gives some logical explanation about the pending withdrawal, only then the DT members should withdraw their support from the flag.

We would have seen a resolution of this issue already if it were on Duelbits hand. The 3rd party game provider is doing the investigation here. As a result, it is taking a long time like that.

Usually, the 3rd party game providers take a long time to complete the investigation. The Duelbits team is unable to provide any ETA here since it is completely in the hands of the 3rd party provider.

I think you are just assuming this. I don't see any information in this thread about the 3rd party game review. I know that the 3rd-party game provider can take a long time to review, but there should be some kind of limit. OP has been waiting for two months, which is long enough for a review. I am sure you would be disappointed seeing that your large sum of funds is locked in a casino for two months. What's bad is that they don't provide an estimate. You won't care much if this amount is nothing to you.

No one left negative feedback on the Duelbits profile (except you now) as the issue is still under investigation. Moreover, Duelbits has a solid reputation in the gambling world and we rarely see any scam accusations against them. The involved amount is big, but OP is showing patience here without being wild. As a result, this thread hasn't gotten much attention.

Hmm, it slipped from my awareness that it's been two months [yes, my bad, I didn't read the title]. I thought it's mere days case. Because CG also already draw their verdict, I'll have to mark this as unresolved on my list. But since it's [very painfully slowly] building, let me try to reach to as many people as I can. I've already tried to exhaust a contact, and past experience with directly emailing them had me brickwalled. Let me try to spread a wider net.

I feel like they won't respond to you as well. They have been inactive here since May 21. They did not respond to Casino Guru as well. I found that there are two more unresolved cases at Casino Guru, and one of them was created three days after this one [the one we are talking about now]. So, two cases at Casino Guru, yet they did not respond to Casino Guru inquiries, and I feel like they will ignore you as well, which is not looking good anymore.

Duelbits has an active signature campaign. Hhampuz might be in contact with them, and he might help reach them. They are supposed to come online and solve these cases since they are running campaigns here, and I assume they do not want to ruin their reputation.

Very much possible.
I also feel like the person who was handling these things probably is not working with them anymore. I assume top management is unaware of these cases. I don't see why they would stop responding to casinoguru, and they would stay inactive in this forum while there are active scam accusations against them. Changing the management sometimes affects these things. But I hope they won't ruin their reputation for such amount. They are spending way more than this amount on marketing.
