The service does not perform AML or KYC checks.

With security deposit, I Trêvoid acting as an active intermediary, instead of holding a deposit to be distributed after a disaster, I am integrating the escrow into the workflow.

I hold the authoritative transaction record I can identify and expose fraudulent reclamation attempts (e.g., fake victims)  so legitimate users who follow the required enrollment steps are far better protected and eligible for reimbursement from the security deposit.

Non-Eligibility Clause: Any users who interact with the GhostSwap directly bypassing our intermediary service do so at their own risk and are not eligible for coverage from the security deposit.

That's because the refund wallet should be Bitcoin address since you're sending Bitcoin!

Check how much you can pay for the review as per your marketing budget contact a manager and they can handle the rest, rhe pay rate can be base on review quality as I have seen some managers handle it in this forum, that way those who put extra effort to get the review done get a fair payment, and those who run some slight review by not actually testing the exchange also get what's worth just their review.

It is about quality not about membership rank according. A Jr member can submit a quality review worth the 100$ you think higher level deserves.

can you please explain to me how exactly are you a non-custodial exchange when you or a 3rd party liquidity provider have full control over a user coins once they send them to you for a swap?
and how exactly are you a NO KYC exchange when you have this in your terms?

I came across this through the sig campaign. I confess that the name "GhostSwap" doesn't inspire much confidence in me, but despite that, it's a good brand name.

After doing a brief search on GhostSwap, I found this site and this that has some ratings about you and classified you as a "SCAM." According to them, you are classified in the danger zone and they claim you are on a blacklist (I searched for this list and couldn't find it).

It would be interesting for you to contact them and present your arguments in your defense. You made an escrow transaction with Trêvoid, who is a highly known and respected member of the community, which I consider a great sign, even though the amount is small, it's something.

I'm pretty sure that no "small" swap exchange can start with 1600+ listed coins and at the same time be no-KYC. It is quite demanding and requires huge resources.

btw. Trêvoid, how will you act as an escrow if a user appears for a refund of blocked funds (from a third party) and KYC is requested, which the user does not want to pass?

Apparently, besides this one, there are 06 other negative 1-star reviews on TrustPilot alleging problems (here), mainly related to XMR. Some of these took weeks or even months for GhostSwap to respond and claim some of them as resolved. Most of these negative reviews are from last year. I don't know if their response time has improved now, but the response time for these issues can influence a company's reputation.

In the reviews containing XMR, they informed clients to resynchronize their Monero node, but not everyone uses XMR full nodes, although the client didn't provide further details about which wallet they used. In other words, we'll never know if most of the complaints were 100% resolved.

I hope GhostSwap works on this, remains stable and provides the necessary clarifications to ensure an excellent reputation over time. That is, I do not expect to see new complaints, if it was a past technical problem, I hope they fixed it and continue to do their best.

We are currently in direct communication with the user involved in the case that was reported on KycNot about a year ago.

Since then, we have made significant progress as a platform, and we are now working with him toward a refund from our side to resolve the matter properly.

We will keep you updated as soon as there are any developments, including if he updates his public comment.

FYI, we currently have a $5,000 security deposit with OrangeFren, which will be increased to $25,000 this month. We also have a $2,000 security deposit with Trevoid, which will be increased to $5,000 this month.

We are also looking to get in contact with KycNot directly and place a security deposit there as well, if needed, so users across all platforms can feel safe and confident using our service.
