I want to invest on an altcoin, doge has been what that come my mind. Its all time high was in 2021 at a price of $0.7375, but after falling, it rose 10x to $0.48 in the last bull market which was in 2024. That shows how these altcoins can not be trustworthy because it did not get to all time high, but at least it tried for gamblers.

What do you think this time? In the next bull market, can doge get to all time high? I am looking for a good coin, but which will also be volatile because the amount of money I want to invest is not that much.
87% below doge coin all time high price of $0.7376 in 2021 when the memecoins craze was high and Elon musk keep tweeting to push the coin to look Frontline in the hype, since that time the price crashed back when 2024-2025 bull season hits, doge made a recovery attempt but ended in the 0.43–$0.47 region.

The two market senerio point us to the only record of doge market attempts to make moves and creating ATH but then all wasn't even up to the $1 your are speculating on right now, as of now the current price of doge is $0.09–$0.10, which  is 87% below and that could tell you how almost impossible it is for doge to achieve that price of $1 you mentioned.

That's golden year for Doge and by the help of Musk influence it made Dogecoin to reach its past ATH, but since there's no big changes happening. Then it seems that many people won't listen for another hype brought by Musk or other influential people.

It seems that $1 may take more longer time before it appears again, but even though the chances is so less. There's still possibilities for Dogecoin to reach that price again. Its just we don't know when and what we provably could agree is situation is not the same as before.

$1 is possible but thats still over a 10x from current price which would give it a $160b market cap.

For me i dont see the point in risking money into a meme coin that does not have the hype it does 5 years ago for just a 10x potential when there are so many other altcoins that will more likely give a 10x return and have real use case.

Same here. And its not just doge, imo meme coin is pretty much not worth risk anymore.

Market has changed. Big money is mostly flowing into alts with real utility, specific usecase, actual applications. Throwing money at memes right now feel like  waste . With the same capital and even the same expected Roi, you can pick projects with much stronger fundamentals and clearer growth potential.

Market's grown up . We should change our taste and focus on projects with real fundamentals instead of banking on some shaky hype from memes.

There are altcoins that can give you 10x return on interest, but it is good to diversify. I do not see anything that is bad to have some little amount invested on doge as you invested on others. The coin that you may think will give 10x return may not give it, while the one you might not expect to give it will give such return. I noticed this in the last bull run. The coin I was not expecting gave me the highest return. I am not implying that doge is going 10x, but I am discussing about coins generally. There are still many shit coins in the market.

In the market, a 10x or any other massive surge in a coin's price almost always happens suddenly and when the crowd least expects it. This really applies to any alt, whether it's a top-tier coin or just a meme token.
As for Doge, it's certainly worth expecting this coin to grow during alt season, but it's unlikely to see growth as dramatic as it did back when Musk was hyping it up.
