Anything could have happened when it comes to dealing with cryptocurrency most especially the altcoins, most of the unstable coins are also very dangerous to invest, so when it comes to Zcash it is what it is, but most especially when you have interest to invest then bitcoin still remains the ultimate asset, I don’t think anyone can doubt this when it comes to the bitcoin domain, there are different preferences that can also be used.

I feel horrible when people lose there money in altcoin investments, which is why I can’t afford to invest in any altcoin that isn’t Bitcoin, because Bitcoin is more like a safe heaven.

I will say Bitcoin provides people with a level of control that most of traditional finance don't provide,  but one of the things I think that a lot of people don't realize is that Bitcoin is also very simple.  Bitcoin has remained consistent in its original goal for a number of years and this is one of the many reasons why many people are more likely to trust Bitcoin than newer projects.

Without blockchain there is no bitcoin and without x there is no blockchain and it can go on endlessly. So being first doesn't make the best but until now bitcoin seems to be the one sticking with the core concept while everything else is focused on making profits or some benefits for the creator.

The only difference is that we know more of bitcoin than the others and that's why we're trusting it. Well bitcoin is actually very safe but to me every investment comes with its own risk, life generally is risky and unpredictable, today bitcoin is safe and most people prefer to invest in it but it is not enough to feel like or say that it is the safest, there are other assets that have also stood the test of time too both in the past and present, i just feel currently it is the era of bitcoin dominance and investors should enjoy it but its not enough to be so relax knowing fully well that you can’t take volatility from bitcoin, who knows if one news might come up tomorrow and cause fluctuation in the current price of bitcoin.

Bitcoin has done so well and still doing great, the early adopters who sold to quick are regretting it today and wished that they never sold so soon, it is what it is the same might still happen to those who did learn from what happened to others who made that mistake in the future, there is so much confidence about bitcoin even though nothing is 100 percent guarantee it is still nothing to be compared with any other coins, anyone who has lost money in bitcoin it must have been the person's mistake because bitcoin has not failed it is still staying strong and tall.

The underlying Bitcoin network itself is incredibly secure already.  Most likely the most secure computer network in the world.  The real security risk these days isnt the Bitcoin network; its us, the users.  The biggest threat probably is human error.  A lot of people get tripped up by phishing scams, malware, or just losing their seed phrases.

I think you should use other word instead of "bet" because it's obvious that what we are doing is investment and not betting. So that word "bet" does not belong here or should not be used to give reference about Bitcoin. However, Bitcoin has proven to be the best digital currency for investment so it's not something that comes for argument.

I largely agree with you when you said that Bitcoin remains the safest investment especially in terms of inflation and freedom from the government, These is the more reason why I will keep choosing Bitcoin investment over every other investment.
