It's your signed message with an address you want to prove your ownership, but to sign it, you actually have to own private key of that public address.

What do you mean by chain of custody?

If you're specifically talking about this forum, then you don't need to submit chain of custody here. You can prove ownership of your account by staking your address and then sign a message with the private key of that address.

Where and how to stake your address on the forum is already covered by the first two replies. If that's what you need, then you should follow the instructions.

He registered an account yesterday, posted this 3 minutes after his account was registered and since that time, he posted nothing till now after questions as been asked from him or her to explain better about what he posted, but he is not reading what people are posting. Maybe he or she has seen good answer to his question already, but it would have been better for him to read what people also posted on this forum.

Even if they have seen a better answer to their question, they should come and acknowledge it but since you said it's something they did three times repeatedly, my best guess is they just want to spam.
If you're curious about something, you make sure to follow up whether it has been attended to. Let it not be that tomorrow they'd open a thread asking why this place is harsh to newbies or why they can't get merits

Normally it's Q equals D times G but it's saying P equals D times G there really is no difference between the Q and the P dude when is the point and the other is the curve order
