Reference for flag on Rating Place

Rating Place continues to interfere with progress in Scam Accusation cases spearheaded by Holydarkness, mostly to the detriment of all parties involved. As chronicled in his trust feedback, he has been ceaselessly harassing HD for months, ignoring countless requests to stop.

I strongly believe that RP is a detriment to casino complainants in the Scam Accusations board and heeding his advice could be costly. Nobody should engage in business with him, and its in everybody's best interest to put him on ignore.

He's proven himself incapable of acquiescing to positions backed by facts, seemingly for the sake of being a contrarian. His lack of ability to reason renders him a hazard when wrapped in an ego of pure righteousness.

He also seems completely unencumbered by lies or any kind of social responsibility. Anyone who comes across him should be aware of his behavior.

I went through my history with Rating Place and this is when I learned exactly who he is, which is another version of game-protect... I've watched this exact scenario play out 4 or 5 times over the last year:

Here we have RP undermining HD's chances of helping this complainant by referring to his mediation attempts as "amateur hour" and telling them to "go somewhere else to get help," even though HD was able to come to an amicable resolutions between the two parties.

I've watched RP attempt to sabotage progress on casino cases 4 or 5 times over the last year; for what ends is irrelevant. He's going to say that he is actually helping, but anybody who has had to deal with him over the last year knows he is not.

This is nothing more than Nutildah trolling again. I’ll show all the cases where holydarkness took the book’s side and the cases were overturned by forum pressure. The last one was Shuffle. Show cases where I was wrong. I’ll show cases where only holy agreed with the book and the rest the player.

A book should make an accusation and then be required to prove it. Nothing more is needed and the player shouldn’t be interrogated. If an unnecessary interrogation starts happening, the player should leave. Cases are taking months that should take days.

Give me some time and I’ll make a spreadsheet of Nutildah trolling and sportsbook cases overturned against holy’s recommendations.

Until recently holy hadn’t gotten sportsbook winnings paid on his own for two years. Forum pressure was needed against holy’s recommendation.

This has nothing to do with the reason why I created a flag. I created the flag because there are far better ways to go about what you're claiming to do. First of all, you don't respect anyone, and you don't really care what anyone else thinks, even if they are right and you are wrong. You think your knowledge and experience renders your viewpoint superior but your assumptions are often incorrect.

Second, I thought a red flag was a bit too harsh for the given situation, but people need to know of the headaches that will undoubtedly come through letting themselves be guided by you. I tried to explain to you several times that casinos don't want to work with you. If they did, you'd be doing it on your own and not perpetually harassing and undermining Holy.

I opposed your flag because you created it based on a personal squabble that happened 6 months ago, and I don't think the account you flagged poses any trade risk -- not for the reasons you claim.

The two traits of posing a trade risk and being a troll aren't mutually exclusive. In this case Rating Place poses a direct trade risk because he is frequently incorrect in his assertions on the Scam Accusations board and heeding his advice could literally cost people money.

In any case, I respect your viewpoint and right to oppose the flag.

I opposed your flag because it's based on an ongoing personal squabble backed up by your buddy and does not post a trade risk to newbies.  However, bitcoingirl.club does.   How can you be OK with her feedback?  Even OgNasty has dropped the extortion claim.   She lies and needs to move on from his fantasy.

Can you make a thread and post actual evidence where you have gotten a person their money from a casino? Evidence, not just words. Actually let's see every case where you actually got people their money. Screenshots, txids corresponding with the screenshots and cases, photos, or whatever you have.

I don't follow you enough to see if you have actually helped a single user, I have just seen you be relentless in the scam section.

Showing actual evidence would help me to not support the flag.

Don't worry, I'm getting it. You just jump in convesations and say don't listen to Ratings Place. It's longer than I thought. It'll take a few days. I don't have that much time each day. That sounds like a threat, but for the sake of argument let's say its not. I never asked you to go through with a smear campaign, I asked you this:

You almost did it but you posted a screenshot of the links, which isn't very convenient for anyone. I'm not gonna go through them one-by-one, but I can certainly explain why I said what I did in each thread. Bear in mind this all takes place after our initial disagreements, which I already documented in this thread, so my opinion of you was already somewhat colored based on prior experience.

@yahoo62278 - sure, I’ll do it. There are a lot of cases that I was one of the voices to help people get paid in scam accusations if you want me to post it. Shuffle, XYes and Betpanda come to mind. holy was on one side and we were on the other. It takes being relentless in scam accusations. These last 2 in my thread are easier to prove.
