Good point, and glad you raised it ; but we've already got you covered 😄 !
Only winning bets count toward your Total Odds Score. So betting on all possible outcomes to game the leaderboard won't work ; your losing bets are simply ignored.
The ranking rewards genuine prediction skill, not volume.
So, the number of winning bets is unlimited at all?
The number of winning bets is limited to the number of matches and markets. This post may give you some insight:
Can I make 20 bets of $0.50 on Mexico and will I get 20x1.40 points for that?
Hey, great question and we totally understand why you'd think that!
Unfortunately no ; placing 20 bets of $0.50 on the same selection (e.g. Mexico to win) will only count as 1.40 points, not 20 × 1.40. Duplicate bets on the exact same event and market are counted once.
So in this case, the player who bet $50 on Mexico to win (1.40) and the player who bet 20 × $0.50 on Mexico to win (1.40) would both have the same score 1.40 points. The tiebreaker would then go to whoever staked more in total.
HOWEVER : if you bet on the same match but on different markets, each bet counts separately!
For example:
Bet 1 → Mexico to Win → odds 1.40 → +1.40 points
Bet 2 → Mexico vs [Opponent] Total Over 2.5 Goals → odds 2.10 → +2.10 points
Bet 3 → Mexico First Goal Scorer → odds 4.50 → +4.50 points
Those three bets on the same game give you 1.40 + 2.10 + 4.50 = 8.00 points ✅
The strategy here is simple, diversify your markets, hunt for value odds, and stack your points that way 🎯
