Why I'm pissed with what is happening is that the government is taking the situation of things as politics, if they think that some persons are creating this insecurity I other to rubish Tinubu so that he won't go back second Tenure the I ask why hasn't all these been investigated so that those behind the insecurity will be brought to book, EDO state governor is busy spilling shit, some times I wonder when we will have governors that will prioritize governance than politics, the present government of Nigeria has failed, this is not time for excuses of blame, it time to work and show your score card, these guys are in edo state, it means they are already in Delta state and can strike at anytime, I don't think Tinubu has any excuse to make this time, he is the president of federal Republic of nigeria, commander in chief of the armed forces, I think is time for him to use his power, his powers should not only be felt in suspending democratically elected governor which is a precedent he has set for the future which will come hunting back in the future, Nigerians needs to be secured, he swore and oat to do that, it is his obligations.

The security challenges all over Nigeria is so appalling that one may be tempted to say that Nigeria's government is the worst government so far in the world now. No matter what I will say the move to shut down schools because of the increase in insecurity challenge in Edo state is the best. That's just the best we can do as Citizens that are directly affected by all of this that is recent happening in our country. Our pvc is the only power we have in kicking this bad government out in 2027, I know many Nigerians has automatically  lost hope in our voting system in Nigeria but if really we can come out in masses, it will be very difficult for them to rig or play some of their dirty game.

And again, despite how politicians has always being claiming to have the power in manipulating everything in their favour, they are still very scared of the unity of the citizens, they always know that once their is unity among the citizen, their is actually a problem and that we must capitalize on it and do the needful to ensure that this bad leaders are out from office.

Everyday we hear of one security issue or the other, it's no longer new to us again, we are only waiting to hear what school has been attacked again, which is very bad for the nation's reputation. The government can not do anything to stop or curb the issue of insecurity in the country, that's because don't really care about the citizens nor do they even have answers to it. What schools in Edo state has done is the right thing. I was even expecting all schools in Nigeria to shut down for now, maybe that will force the government to do something about this insecurity, but my issue is do they really have an idea on how to go about it.

it's worrisome we are not safe again in our land but I believe with what Sani abacha once said, when insecurities passed 24/72hrs definitely leaders has hands on it, it's could be political leaders, religious leaders or community leaders if not these people are nobody for government to track them, imagine once innocent citizens criticize government on social media they will try by all means to track and arrest such person why can't they use same technique to track and finish them up if truly they're not using them for political tools.

Imagine the president's son being kidnapped i don't think it will reach two good hours in their custody, The government will not even allow the  media to broadcast it, for people not to celebrate their failures, all the securities agencies hands must be on desk to rescue him.

Citizens feel that their vote don’t count but they don’t know that if those votes don’t count, politicians will never want to give them anything in exchange of their votes. This is the reason they send armed thugs to disturb peaceful protests when there is one ongoing. This is the same reason they make use of the armed forces to mount pressure and intimidation on the protesters when they want to protest for unity and change in what the government is doing to its people. The politicians causing this in the country are very few and until we take action against them by being united, we will keep living in the era of this their tyrant leadership.

Closing the school is the best way to ensure the security of the school children, since the government is not taking any preventive measures. Parents will feel so calm if their children are with them. The country has become something else and anything is possible at the moment. The way things are going right now, I don't have any confidence that our government is ready to protect life and properties, despite they are using the resources of the country to run all this affairs, but it's seems that they only choose their own personal need than the public satisfaction, that is why a lot of things are going on which if we come to think of it we will find it very difficult to believe that such thing will happen in reality.

The way I'm looking at this country now it's just as if I am watching a season film which contain episode by episode, everyday we wake up to here new thing which yesterday's problem was leave unsolved, an everyday problems upon problems are piling up which I don't know when there will solve it. It is late for us to stand up to defend ourselves because if really we want to wait for this government, it's just as if as were in a ocean without any help.

This is very unfortunate to the affected persons. The issue of insecurity in Nigeria is no longer something new, and it seems is increasing on daily basis, however I feel we should not only wait for government security agencies to handle or tackle the issue of insecurity alone, because even with their presence, there seems to be no remedy, therefore I suggest every local government, and even communities should provide additional security well equiped, and equally take care of their welfare, I believe this will to manage the situation better than leaving insecurity matter in the hands of government alone.

About this advise, have you heard about Victor Solomon (Zidane) who rallied boys to protect his community from insurgents, and the El-Rufai led government arrested him with military, turtured him and sent hime to prison, afterwards he was sentenced to death for murder of the same militants that plaque their community and murder their people without abandon.

The government want the villages vulnerable, they like them defenseless, even though security is organized, they would find a way to destabilize it. I've been to a place in the east where the herdsmen killed locals and when they revolted, military personnel's were sent to escort the herdsmen and their cows safely out of the community at about 02:00 hours. The leaders treat insurgency as their business, in short Terrorists are having more peace of mind in this country than the citizens.

Part of the insecurity that’s ravaging the country is our fault, I mean the citizens. We are too quiet in this country, so the government and those who are responsible for the insecurity going on in the country can easily do whatever they want and get away with it without being queried by anyone, simply because we are too scared to speak up. Why is school the most problem of this bandit because even from beginning when they were calling them bokoharam it was also school that has been there mind to attack all the time and there isn't how they attack that you cannot see them killing teachers or the vice principal, we haven't seen the abducted children that took place before the children day and now a lot of children are involved on this abduction again. There local chairman just gave those systems to clear his conscience from media because he will not even take the situation serious because they could have kept soldiers before they came considering that no state are safe in the North.

Am seeing it from the angle of vulnerability, i feel this bandits just believe that little school children will be more vulnerable and won’t give them much stress to kidnap and kill compared to adults, another reason why i feel that this bandits always target school children is the fact that they feel the kids will draw more attention from the government, foreign community and general public considering the fact that most people/nation naturally have sympathy for little children.

It’s really shameful that the Nigeria government is yet to use the strategy of this bandits of always kidnapping children and set a trap for them and arrest them, instead they are busy playing dirty politics with the life of little kids, the Nigerian government is not really doing enough, up till now they haven’t done anything that will change the security state of the nation.

When it comes to kidnapping no one is vulnerable because every human that is armless is vulnerable at that very moment you are pointed with a gun and you have nothing to defend yourself with, you automatically lost power and energy to even say a word because you have being instigated with fear and tension and will be begging for mercy so they don't hurt you, I think the bandits target this children because they are the future of tomorrow and no one will fold his hands and see little children kidnapped and won't be forced to do something to rescue them immediately.

Nigerian politicians are not serious about saving anyone of us in this country and we shouldn't depend on them for security reasons, if we are privileged to self defense we should employ it  because if this people are being sponsored by some group of politicians as we have being hearing then nothing will be done to end insecurity anything soon in this country.

The issue of insecurity in Nigeria is very high, and we hear these on the news on daily basis. Honestly, this is a sign that the Nigerian leaders are not working.
Almost everyday, school children are being bullied, and kidnapped, and the parents of these children are asked to pay ransom before their children can be released, and no reasonable action has been taken against this kidnappers.
The leaders don't really burder about the challenges, and pains  that people are really passing through in this country Nigeria, the reason is because they feel their children are not within the country, may be they have the best security that would protect them from troubles, and such people are not worth to become leaders.
Some parents are even afraid of sending their children to school because of the high level of insecurity in the country, and it has really come to that extent. This is very unfair of our Nigeria leaders, may God help us.
