Vod leaving until June 18

Just tonight I realized I no longer need to be here. Thanks to a generous signature campaign from Hhampuz and a poor marketing campaign for ShadowPulse I have enough for my faucet to run for a few months and hire a happy advertising manager. I have everything I need as far as evidence goes and my ongoing need to protect a sold reputation is causing me unneeded stress. 

June 18 is when OgNasty is being questioned by my lawyer.  He could have the case thrown out on the spot if even a small portion of what he tells everyone is true.  I have already stated what I'll do if I lose, so there is nothing left to do but to wait.    This avoids perverts taking my words out of context and endless drama that everyone hates.     So I volunteer to give up my income and SP development for a week, under one hope:   When I come back, if I do not apologize to OG in my first message, I hope everyone will help me in politely shutting down any further trolls that pop up.     I do want to continue discussions about Elon's financial scams and the upcoming summer from hell, but I can wait a week. 

I'll forgive any active accusations against me, as I know they were supported by a former DT member who believed he would get away with his actions.  I want to move forward on development, and leave the lawsuit to the lawyers.    I hope everyone agrees with this action, and I leave it up to the mods to lock if necessary.

I think a weak break is something worth communicating for, though the reason is best known to you, try communicate this to your manager as well, it may not be a big thing to nuke you from the campaign.

Just take your time and make things right and better, it's going to be more fun to see you back again, while for now, you're going to be missed

Nobody cares about what you have to say anyway, and he is likely going to come back. Looking at your reputation and the negative feedback you have on your profile. I would say it probably perfectly matches your online persona and so it's accurate

 Take as much time you need, Vod. In all honesty, we all need some mental break now and then and it's great you're taking time off to ease off some stress. Lolz, I think I understand why you need to inform the forum of your temporal leave so your absence won't be misconstrued. I get it. Have fun.

Vod, I think you could do with the break. I’ve always found you very polite and never had a problem with you but you do keep finding yourself in long, drawn out Reputation sagas with different people on the forum. It’s not worth the wasted energy, enjoy your break and ignore the drama for a while, peace.

Why do you let forum drama get to you? These people can say whatever they want to about me and I could care less. It's a forum man, not real life, so their words are mostly meaningless. Some of these guys fuck with others just for fun, why let them get to you?

I would just stop caring what people think and concentrate on what makes you feel good about this community.

Vod You really need this break you need to rest and calm your mind and again prepare your mind to accept the at come of the case, when your mind is prepared it will help you accept any ruling in good faith.
Cool your head and don’t think too much this period that you are going on this short break and again fine something doing that will make you happy, a friend of mine told me life is too short to waste part of it on hating and quarreling with someone, once the case is over move on and choose happiness, joy and peace.

It seems to me that you yourself are endlessly increasing this drama, because you could have avoided this topic and rested in peace this week. Isn't that right?

So much wasted effort and energy... For what? Has it ever occurred to you that all of this could have been avoided (by focusing on what was truly useful) if you had come to an amicable agreement with OgNasty? That is, don't inflame the conflict.

I would just stop caring what people think and concentrate on what makes you feel good about this community.

Only we ourselves decide how to evaluate a given situation and it is always more productive to focus on the positive.

Taking some break is good for health too so it's better to have that break and enjoy it till June 18. Hope after that you'll be more focused and enjoy the forum even more. It's somehow hard to be away from the forum but sometimes it's important to have some breaks.

You could.  What is stopping you from doing it?  We all wrote at least one non Bitcoin Topic no body cared about before on Bitcoin Talk.  It is not like we only write about Bitcoin all the time.
