Well I don't think FIFA fixes the big matches but I think they do the matches which have 0 importance based on the bets made. A guy working at FIFA who gets paid 100.000 or 200.000 EUR a year would not be very happy with that pay compared to soccer players getting it as a weekly payment so here these guys working at FIFA start their connections to people managing the teams and I am confident as I said in games where there is nothing to be played for they fix them for their own benefit. I also agree with your opinion, because you'd have to be a fool to try and hope that the referees will make decisions based on their own interests.
