We have to adapt that and this is a forceful adaption that we need to do even if we don't like it.

So that  who don't learn new skills always struggle and I also understand that AI is not completely replace with humans because the humans who have not the knowledge about robotics they face many difficulties in field. In history we saw when new technology comes its take some time because people has also need some time to adapt the new technology and  its friendly usage. So now continues learning about new skills is the most compulsory duty then optional to choose it. So if we combine human creativities and AI tools together then we becomes the successful person of this societies.

Your point is very balanced about the impact of AI on employment. As we know the world is going towards fast and productive employment so in this way they trained AI so they replace it with human labours for preventing cost and time . Currently many individuals stay updated about current skills related to AI but here is also a problem that many companies don't pay them properly as they deserve. Majority business plannings always prefers to company profit as compared to walfare of employees. I don’t think it possible and I hope such a time never comes though. I’m sure there would be laws around these things to minimize its usage or just how much it can do to ensure humans still remain relevant in their fields.
The rate at which these AIs is being developed and put out there is indeed alarming but in every evolution, humans always find means to come on top, that result wouldn’t change.
