I've seen this video on social media but it's basically inevitable for workers because it needs to be realized that employers want to minimize expenses for their business and AI can answer that even if it's at the expense of their employees because surely when AI is used and the program (teaching videos that will be used for robots) is streamlined then this will happen where there are a lot of people who will lose their jobs.

The preparation to deal with this is just to try to stay afloat and focus on what the worker is currently doing because even though the robot can take over, it will only be partially. Or if you really want to try something more extreme is to try to get out of the comfort zone, their abilities are still quite valuable and it can be used as initial capital to create a personal business.

Just lamenting what will happen sooner or later cannot solve the problem but we can try to importvize our abilities and upgrade so that we can continue to compete or at least be able to keep up because our strength as humans will still be far greater than AI.

There were companies that have chosen back to use human work and labor force than to continue paying for the subscription of the AI that they're using. That's why some are reverting to the workforce of people but that's not going to be for all of them. As we know the world is going towards fast and productive employment so in this way they trained AI so they replace it with human labours for preventing cost and time . Majority business plannings always prefers to company profit as compared to walfare of employees. We're just workers and are disposable to them and the same with AI, if they're no longer benefiting from it which I doubt, they'll also dispose them asap. So, in all of it, there's a need to balance it but I think we'll see that in maybe 2-3 years to see how much impact it will be for most industries. We're seeing the peak of it and right now, predictions are saying that the actual AI market is in a bubble and will pop soon.

We don't have to be pessimistic here, if it's true models are being trained this way, then training such models is aimed at improving work efficiency. If in the future these models are trained properly in the art, we could see more beautiful designs and garment completed at a faster pace, which would boost productivity. Of course the average people would be laid off, but those who move with technology would be paid higher to manage these systems.

While that is true, less people will be needed and that is known. However, we have gone through this before in the world, which is industrial evolution. We needed less product and produced more for the same amount of crops and it allowed less people to be employed and nothing happened.

You said that AI cannot think on its own, I do not agree with that. AI basically works by thinking artificially according to commands and making decisions with logic. It solves our problems accordingly. And the types of problems we ask and the types of answers we accept or prefer, AI itself keeps them as memory and later works accordingly. This program can think artificially automatically, can update itself, can train itself, so it is basically called artificial intelligent. However, it is true that AI has not yet reached a state where it can be developed as a replacement for humans in all types of work. This is just the start of the modern world. We will be the generation that will see everything haha. I have even watched people who work as labourers in the construction field wearing these cameras. Those videos were from India, I think, or maybe from Bangladesh, not sure.

But someone is investing in this equipment to collect data, and eventually they will have machines and robots taking their jobs. I was more surprised to see labourers wearing those cameras on their heads for recording. I mean, who could have imagined that AI could take their jobs?

If it ever reaches that point, I know labourers won't stop. They are not like us. They will protest.
