A big loss or frequent losses can change one's mind totally about how they handle gambling. It's not as easy as it seems and there is some amount of luck in it. And you all know luck is selective. It doesn't just happen to everyone. It is random.
Even those with winning streaks that end badly are not left out. Some, after losing all their wins, might go borrow money just to win back the money they lost. But end up losing it too.

Moreover, people think gambling just affects your pocket alone. No, it is not only that. It can affect some people psychologically. And that, my friend, is the ultimate. When it affects the mind, that person will need a lot of guidance because it can ruin a lot of things in that person's life.

The problem lies in the mindset of the gambler. Gambling is simple, it does only require you to make a bet and actually wait for the result to see whether you've won or lost, but expecting that you are always going to get lucky, or maybe you can make life-changing amounts from gambling, that is actually where we go wrong. When you get into gambling, you should know beforehand that it's all about luck, and you are either going to win something or lose the money you are using for it, and the results shouldn't be shocking for you.

I didn't start gambling because I thought it was simple, I really thought people that were winning are not better than me, if they can do it, I should be able to do it more better than them. Saw some guys won their bet, I was curious even though I am not a hard football fan but I watch on like regular guys and I know how  this bet thing work but after testing many multiple games, I came to a conclusion that bet is luck and your skill is not enough to give you win.

Gambling actually need your attention and you have to be consistent, you can't gamble, win today and think you will try the next day and win. You can skip all the days you like, if you come back it will not gurantee anything. My experience with gambling honestly it was not that great at first but I will forever cherished that I'm not that type of person that fall for gambling trapped where I will lose and be feeling like I lost the only key to my life, it's just try and error and no much expectations.

Of course gambling is about luck for whoever is lucky will win, and those who are not lucky will lose, the farther a gambler or bettor remains unlucky, the longer he or she continues to lose and this is what is called a losing streak, while longer consistent winning is referred to as winning streak.

When I realised that winning from gambling is not as easy as i thought was when a friend of mine won a good amount of money in the space of 5 days, I got triggered and wanted to start gambling so I could win like that too, but unfortunately, I played for over two weeks without winning any tangible amount of money, but rather I kept losing, this was when I first realised that winning from gambling isn't as easy as I had thought, so I learnt this lesson early and it really shape the way I see and treat gambling.

Actually playing is quite easy for me but controlling ourselves to stay focused on enjoying the game without the frills of chasing defeat or always having the ambition to win is what becomes difficult.

Personally, I'm more afraid of taking risks, especially when it comes to betting, so most of the time when I gamble, my amount is always small, and because it's small, I have the ability to lose it.

I actually know that gambling is not an easy thing because I have to admit that the luck factor is far greater than the ability factor, in soccer betting for example, in the case of a team match whose odds are almost a draw there is nothing less than 1.8, I always analyze it as best I can, sometimes also take information from many sources as a consideration, but in the end there are things that happen on the field that no one will ever predict, that's where I realized it.

I realized this after experiencing it. Unfortunately, no one advised me. But the experience was invaluable. If we make gambling a source of income, we'll be more careful and not place bets carelessly because of the high risks. Forgetting what we have learnt and doing it again for what we don't practise appears normal to me, but I can't imagine forgetting an experience I had that caused me to lose something, especially money.
