Curaçao got there the right way as CONCACAF got easier to progress because FIFA expanded the world cup to 48 teams. Which is why smaller countries Uzbekistan and Cape Verde got their own shots at the world cup. Imo, FIFA will keep this new format and we would continue to have smaller teams in future world cup so FIFA can farm more money lol

It doesn’t really matter if they are getting the team built up by other players from other countries who are willingly playing for them and having their nationality. The aim of the game was never defeated and it even makes it even more interesting than before. As long as you can build a formidable squad for your team, then there is no crime where their roots are from as long as they have the nationality of the country they’re playing for. I also can’t wait to see their first match, Curaçao has made it this far and that’s already a commendable effort from them. Their first game won’t be looking so great because of their opponent, but this is the game of football and anything can happen, the the unexpected can happen at anytime.

With the magnitudes of the population there it's obvious that they've enough to produce the required numbers of players in the event. The scale of their population in a geographical term's doesn't really matter.
To justify this, look at Nigeria with a total population of 242,040,071 and ranked top 6 most populated country in the world and yet did not yet to that hill of Curaçao.
My intake is that the population doesn't matter after all even in the football game that's is made of 11 players per team, the one with red card and are lesser does still beat a complete team of 11.

Yes, that is true. Their campaign is also leadered by a Dutch coach. Moreover, they played against relatively weak opponents, like Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago and Bermuda, in order to classify for the championship. It's a big achievement for the small country, but I think there isn't much to expect from them on the bigger picture of world cup. Tomorrow there will be a match against Germany and that is supposed to be a tough one for Curaçao, let's see.

yeah was surprised when I joined a contest to a World Cup event and this nation that I only came once I get to the footer of every or most known casinos are playing in the World Cup, regardless, it's cool to see them and probably root for them even though they're underdog on most games. There is no doubt FIFA ahas been involved with very serious corruption scandals in the past, so it is reasonable to make the assumption there is some level of corruption going on even to this day, don't you think?

We as people who like football and believe it is the best sport on the planet, need to have some level of skepticism when comes to the central authority of football worldwide.

It is already known that Qatar pretty much bought their status as host of the past world cup, so it would not be weird to have other cases of corruption involving classifications of teams to enter the world cup. Though, those cases are more difficult to pull off, as performance of clubs are public knowledge.
It would be too blatant to have a club which underperforms to reach this tournament when there are other clubs which have played better through the year.

CONCACAF, outside of the three host nations, does not have much quality. This gives some mediocre teams the opportunity to qualify. If it was only about the best teams, they probably should have increased the number of slots for UEFA, but then Europe would be disproportionately represented.

Some of their players were born or grew up in the Netherlands, which gives them better opportunities to develop their talent. With immigration and dual citizenship, countries are able to form teams that are more competitive than they otherwise would be were they limited to domestic, native born talent.

Agree with you I didn't see any wrong with them being in the world cup, FIFA didn't gift them the chance they fought hard for it, they where group and they qualified from the group Stage, just like every other countries that are in this world cup.

I can only think about India that never played any world cup tournament and they are one of the biggest populations. This is a bit crazy that small countries can have a professional team that beats everyone but India does not have a single big professional player

This is a biased attitude towards small countries. If a country is rich enough to hire good footballers from other countries, and that team is capable of winning in a fair competition, then what can be wrong with that country and that football club? I believe the world's leading football organiser is doing the right thing by expanding football's geography and increasing the number of countries participating in the championship. They qualified, which means it's legal. Although they used players from different nations, it is still legal.  About the gambling part, well, they are the mothership of online gambling licenses, but I don't think they can use that for their advantage since this is a physical sport. They can change the odds to their liking, but it doesn't mean they will win. In fact, it will be the gamblers who will take advantage of them if they manipulate the lines.
