BC Game Advanced KYC Verification fail. Withdrawal suspended.

Hi there.

I cannot withdraw around $19000. I passed basic KYC without problems. However, my attempts to pass advanced KYC keep failing and now I have last try to pass it. I'm from Kazakhstan and was trying to submit utility bill as a proof of address. The support of BC Game just say try again and that's it. They never clarify what is wrong with the document i was trying to submit. Their customer support by email is also very irresponsive. Also, Kazakhstan is among the countries where BC Game is allowed, however the website does not open directly, so i have to use VPN to access it.

So, at this point I dont know what to do to be able to withdraw my funds. If anyone can help with this issue, I would much appreciate it.

If you check the official BCgame account they have received multiple tags and carry a warning to trade with extreme caution. This is a result of multiple scam cases they have had, most of which are related to this situation, funds withheld pending KYC which is never approved. They do not care about their reputation here anymore and are barely active, never replying to any of the accusations.

Chances of you getting a solution here is slim but for there to be any at all you would need to post proof of your claim with screenshots of your balance and denied withdrawal requests.

I regret to inform you that your chances of recovering your money are virtually nonexistent. As Jay said, bc.game team doesn't care about their reputation in bitcointalk anymore. And if you succeed in establishing a contact with the support, they will deny your request after you confess to using a VPN. This will be their pretext not to pay your winnings despite allowing you to access the casino using the VPN. It is a trap casino.

Would you mind sharing any evidence, like screenshots of your conversation with their support, to support your claims?

@holydarkness might be able to help you, last time I heard(though not fully certain), bc.game is planning to assign a team to work with holydarkness to tackle bc.game issues that are posted on this forum.

Well, I can understand your feelings but don't be that optimistic. Consider it the last gun shot.
First you have to fill this thread with all the evidence you have, like screenshots and email bodies and records of your discussion with the support. Then try to get in touch with bctokenbot [1] the sole rep assigned to reply to complaints after stopping the contact intermediary with holydarkness.
You can also keep making noise everywhere like in rating platforms askgamblers [2] casinoguru [3] reddit[4] as much as possible.

Post all screenshots publicly here, as much as possible you should keep your communication regarding the case public. To post images you can use a bbcode image host like talkimg. Sharing full details here will also help any intermediary determine if they want to get involved with the case.
