My concern here is that let things should be explained well for the gamblers to understand. How could a casino said No KYC but when you win big KYC submission required, that is wrong it should be clearly in the ToS if they will require in any giving time.

Now if a casino company said, theirs is the best, we have to ask them, what are the criteria and the factors that making theirs best because gamblers views will be different. Is players wins more in the game? If yes then players and companies can categorized the game as the best but if it is full with house edge, it is not the best. But those are common phrases to attract players to the casino. But there are some sensitive phrases they need not to use both in their ToS and in the public because it is causing problem already in the gambling industry. Mostly the No KYC and bonuses. If a casino is operating with No KYC, let it be clear in everywhere and explain it well for the people so there will be no argument in the future and bonus too. Recently a guy deposit money and got bonus and he loss in the first attempt and won in the subsequent games and because of the requirements, he decided to cancelled the bonus but the eradicate everything in his account plus the deposit/wins and it was not stated in anywhere that the deposit would be transferred to bonus. And that has caused problem between them.
