I nearly fell victim to such once, I didn't know how they do it and I thought there are actually experts that would make my journey easy for me and that with their guidance I will never lose money. It was gambling related experience for me until a friend told me they are just normal guys whom I probably have more knowledge of gambling than them. It's the same with people who pose to be trading or cryptocurrency experts and request for gateway fee and in turns out that their main source of income is not the trading itself or service they offer but gateway fee they charge.

I don't trust anymore, and even after verifying I only weigh their decisions and don't follow easily. In the end I still end up making my own own decisions.

First, It doesn't make any sense for someone to go into what they don't understand or know how it works as that is a basis and primary thing anyone should have in their mind before starting. Secondly, I don't really think it is necessary for someone to be able to explain to people what they do because I don't owe anyone any explanation but the most important thing is that I know what I'm doing and how to go about it and with the way things are going I see it as risky to explain to people about Bitcoin because they are going to assume you have something meaningful and tangible in Bitcoin and they may plot something against you as a result of that.
