Are you willing to accept a lower minimum bid?

If so, considering your specification, I would bid 4 BTC.

You had me until I got there.. The shipper is reponsible for handling all claims of damage, some of which are not known until the package is opened and inspected. Given your terms the buyer's receipt of the package is the trigger for escrow release, generally speaking an inspection period is offered, even if it is one business day.

He lost me at price instead, 8 BTC is too steep.

4 @ 6.5 BTC

Below your minimum but it's hard to bid more than the ROI.

So the shipping company drops and damages a miner, it's the buyers fault although he has no way to deal with it, even if insured it's the senders responsibility to file a claim..

+1 that.
Steep price and weird escrow release. Hard to find a deal.

If the box appears damaged then don't accept the shipment and I file a claim.

But I can tell you Cointera did over deliver on their packaging. The Terraminers are very well protected during shipping.

Why did you shut the miners down when you did not receive a single bid for one of these miners???

Well you can prepare them for shipping, but who are you going to ship them to?
You are shutting down my investment without a potential buyer!
