The truth is that using someone's referral code doesn't guarantee your winning in the casino, no matter the betting top they provide daily, if you are not lucky you can't win anything highest you will only get a near mis and that will make you gamble more because you feel like your winning is near but it's probably not.

Why would someone even believe in betting tips? I can just go to 3 to 5 free but not paid prediction sites to get some matches and give it to people as tips or I can just make use of free but not paid AI to get some tips and give it to people for free. Even people that go for the paid ones and still later get unlucky.

We need to get things cleared off right here, I saw the above quote statement from the ops and it got my attention on how and what we take tips and referral codes, because the ops statement sound's as if the two are the same which is not, tipping service are like trading signals provider's their give what we call sure bets all though there is nothing like a sure bet any ways so we need to take take out, but in conclusion is not wise to depend on any one else predictions without adding one of two of your own personal experience and analysis to feature the outcome.

If casinos are looking for all possible means to make money by running different ads to attract gamblers to use their casino, I don't see anything wrong if an affiliate website is also trying to get traffic and attract new visitors to use their website to source for good casinos to use and gamble. Furthermore, so far, I've seen no pressure to use someone else's code link, whether affiliate, referrer, or other random user.

So, it's simple, mate. If you don't want to register with the code, just skip it. After all, the field (code=optional) is usually optional. That means you can fill it in or leave it out, it's up to you. Unless they're forced or required, or even asked for our data directly and coerced, I've never encountered this. It's just that sometimes their marketing language can slightly trigger our desire to sign up as soon as possible.

That's a fact, a lot of people don't understand how useless betting tips are is quite surprising because there's absolutely nothing special about betting tips because most of these analysts copy bets from others and make it seem like they are the ones that came up with the prediction. Instead of making use of paid sites it's better to use free prediction sites that's just my idea.

Sounds like a strategy of an influencer affiliate. But i don't think its an abuse, it's not against the terms and policy of being an affiliate afaik. As long as the tips is somehow not related on "how to win" but related to how you can play the games, what game has higher RTP, etc. those kind of groups is still good and beneficial.

If what those who are promoting there affiliates is gotten i will not call it abuse nor will I complain, I can only see the affiliate person as fraud if they use bonus as means to convince me registering in a platform I don't have use for. He is only talking about the affiliate marketers or those that are using referral code or link that you later talked about, he is not talking about the gambling sites, but some people can call a gambling site abusers if they also give tips, some gambling sites give tips.

It is the casino where they are affiliated with to find out if they are abusing its platform's system.

But if those are the things that you've said, I think everyone is agreeing that there's no abuse.

In fact, casinos like that much gimmick to do for their affiliates and community as well. They're hitting two birds with one stone through affiliate.

This is now becoming common to influencers that they create a huge community where their fans sign up and want them to deposit for some bonuses as they say.

I wouldn't call that an abuse thouhg, I have seen it countless times, especially in thise free prediction channel and it actually make sense for them to do it, because they are not charging people to join thier channels, they are ggiving out free predictions and the only way they can benefit from it would be for the to run some form of affiliate programs and that is also the reason why they scout for some not so popular site and give their predictions on it and try as much as possible to get a high win rate to get more poeple to join their channel for more referrals.

It is just a strategy and not an abuse. They are not forcing you to register with their links. If you already have an account, you can continue using it to bet. They won't stop you from using an old account to stake on their predictions, so no need to find fault in it.

In the business of affiliation marketing, you have to promote or market your brand or item or what ever is being marketed aggressively to gain your sale or clicks or else, you likely will give up out of frustration  due to lack of sales or clicks.

As for me, I don't mind how ever affiliate marketers choose to market their business so long as the those behind the affiliate stuff have read and understand the rules properly before engaging..
In a business world of casinos and gambling, it's a market that is saturated and with competition very high, this is why I think affiliate market do all sort of what they do to attract their heart, most of them would do anything including lying and misleading other people who have been victims of ignorance.

That is misleading.

Don't be surprised, for the sake of using their promo code they will say something exaggerated, promising victory if the link provided gives good results when in reality it does not, this is just nonsense they do.

If you share your referral link without making sweet promises you will not get it, because everyone knows that the affiliate program is to benefit them not those who use the code, so this is not really not abuse, it can be said to be misleading, it is true.

People obviously will be encouraged to join casinos using referral codes, but it is up to each one of us whether we decide to use those codes or not, you know?

If you are specifically talking about spamming codes or aggressive advertisement, that is a completely different story. It is more about the attitude of the person advertising their own code rather than the program being led by the casino or bookie itself.

Remember, referral codes and affiliation to casinos is always optional and if there are people getting money off their referral code it is because there are extremely good at selling the services of the casino, nor because they are carrying out some abuse against the program.

Do you really believe that there's luck associated with it? They want to get as many referrals as possible (especially the high rollers) so of course they will exaggerate, just to get people to register with their codes.

Just don't put way too much thought into it. I'd say it's false advertising at most. Whether you use their ref code or not is entirely up to you anyway.

In no way is it an abuse to offer affiliated promos under a quality content for interested bettors to click and signup, Op may have misinterpreted this, or seen promoters who do not care about the takes of channel members before spamming their links for everybody to see, having done any kind of informational follow ups to make the clicking the link worth doing.

I have seen this in Telegram or Facebook and Instagram group where they share their affiliate and hopes some friends join under them. They tells how to win but with the emphasis that they should join them if they want to get more bonuses or ways to win. Maybe that is not abuse because they tempting other people in their circle while telling the sweet about the winning. That makes others follow and join under them without taking too long but wise people will not just join and will research more before they decided.

As I understand it, the author of this thread doesn't quite understand the difference between a promo code and an affiliate code. They're completely different things.

And what exactly is abusing it? If this method works and attracts new people, that's great for affiliates. Nowadays, all traffic-driving methods are fine as long as they don't violate the law. This isn't the case.

If you are a casino affiliate and you tell the gamblers "hey, signup using my link and your chances of winning would be bigger", then you are simply a liar. No casino is going to give better chances, more favorable terms or a "positive RTP" to players, who signup after visiting certain affiliate links. Casino affiliates acting sketchy isn't something new. Some guy on Telegram was clearly scamming people years ago, by manipulating them into signing up under his affiliate links and depositing money in a casino, which he claimed to be exploited by him.
Such sketchy casino affiliates should be reported to the casinos and banned from their affiliate programs. We can track down such affiliates by looking at the affiliate ID on their promotion URLs and reporting them to the casinos.

I think you already got some pretty good answers... It's far from abuse. Maybe you feel like they are "forcing" you to play, but it's on them to make quality offers & attract players, but the last call is on you to accept it or not.

I will add one more "good thing"... if an affiliate site/manager is good, they have better connections, so in case you have some issues or get into some trouble, they can help you solve it faster.

Not sure about it, you have all the freedom not to register to any affiliate links as far as I know. And this community frown upon those kind of members who uses links though, so the moment we see it, for sure members are not going to want to register under them.

So not in this community, but maybe in some other gambling sites that you see those kind of aggressive tactics. And again, it's not a compulsory for you. That's why being a affiliate in gambling and becoming successful is very hard.

You should know that these people are into business which is the reason why they are doing the affiliated thing and they can use different strategies to lure people in using their link or promo code and I don't see that as an abuse. It becomes an abuse if they're asking you for money. However, no one is forcing you to use their link because it's your choice. You register using their link or register straight up.
