I have female friends who use and trade BTC I personally dont get the old stigma that IT or technical skills in regards to new techonology is almost completely male, thats a very old view in my eyes.

I'm trying to get as many women as possible interested in crypto-currency. Bitcoin mostly but I don't believe bitcoin can survive long term without at least one altcoin that breaks away from the pack as well. |

it's an old view, but it is still true, although more and more women are interested in those fields nowadays and that's awesome  I think in a few years it'll balance and we won't have to talk about this anymore (hopefully). |

They don't use it yet they just wanna understand how it works
Victoria Secrets accepting bitcoins would be really nice and a great incentive for girls

I have dealt with a few people with Bitcoin and most of them appear to be male. I think I have only dealt with 2 at the most which were female.

The one does not preclude the other I would argue that since most women are not interested in tech related fields as men are that they would generally not be inclined to do the proper amount of research necessary to find the pros of using bitcoin. |

You want the honest truth, and this comes from women I know -
They often don't like the way they are treated in tech forums so when they do use tech, they often stay away from places such as this *or* hide the fact that they are women.
It's not that they don't use bitcoin, it's just that many of them don't feel comfortable in the mainstream places where it is discussed.
