I have found that a lot of online stores are using Bitcoin. Most of the girls are comfortable in shopping in online store. So i think girls are using Bitcoin.

There are hardly any girls that use Bitcoin, but women, yes. Some of them keep it as alternative to Paypal.

If someone is serious about business, then sexes do not matter. Maybe the coin has not picked much popularity but coming years can tell us women too use BTC

This is such a stupid thread that's full of sexism and ignorance (whether it is serious or not.)

Moderators should do their jobs for once and lock & delete this thread.

You guys are the reason there's not many girls around. I read one account of a woman's experience at a Bitcoin meet up, and it was sickening the way she was treated... exactly as sickening as this thread is.

Are you guys all homosexuals or something? ...(not that there's anything wrong with that... My sister is bi and I am understanding and supportive of GLBT culture and rights, but I just find it hard to believe you guys are all homosexuals)....  Do you want to scare away all the ladies and have eternal Bitcoin sausage fests the rest of your lives?

.................

Lock this thread up please.

Just because someone posts something you find offensive doesn't give you the right to ban them or get the thread locked, I'm tired of that bollocks, I see plenty of stuff and have been on the receiving end of stuff that I could have easily been offended over but I don't go around demanding bans/locks these days because after seeing what governments and people like you do when they get censorship powers I'd rather have the extreme alternative. These days, I'm more offended by people who think because one or two people say some offensive things about women blatant Misandry is okay, pretty sure most of the people who make these jokes on the internet are joking and the ones that aren't clearly just need to get a life.

Frankly soon I'm going to get offended at people being offended over somebody saying stupid shit they know is stupid and shouldn't pay attention to.

p.s. I'm straight and I <3  ( . ) ( . ) but it's precisely because I do that I'm honest with women instead of just bullshitting them.

p.s.s go on, make a thread and self-moderate it, see how much attention that gets from ANYONE Cheesy Wink

GTFO. This is what it's like for a girl to go to a Bitcoin meet up: http://www.ariannasimpson.com/this-is-what-its-like-to-be-a-woman-at-a-bitcoin-meetup/

This thread is similar to what she experienced at this Bitcoin meet up, whether the things said are serious or not, as cannot be easily detected over the internet. I grew up mostly with my 2 sisters and my mom, I can understand how they feel and act better then most men I think.

Of fucking course girls use Bitcoins.

Definitely women are involved in crypto currency space. They are now minority in technical fields in general, sciences etc. and also crypto currencies become as easy to use as social networking so it's easy to use bitcoin everyone day by day..

Yeah that was a shitty situation, I said that when it was first posted and when did I say girls don't use Bitcoin? You need to stop overreacting and no just making ending statements isn't going to end a conversation, we'll just carry on without you, like I said, you're just operating on blatant Misandry because of what a couple of people said and labelling us all sexist, so why don't you fuck off instead?

I'm not labeling you as sexist, but you are supporting it in a roundabout way by supporting this thread. I don't think most people posting in this thread are sexist anyways, but do you seriously think this thread is helping Bitcoin in any way? As I said sarcasm is hard to detect over the internet, even if people are mostly joking, it can come across as their true beliefs and turn girls away from conversing here.

My "of course girls use Bitcoin" was directed at the OP/thread title and not you... Sorry you are not that important. I did not seriously expect any mod to lock or delete this thread, nor did I expect it to end with my statement "/endthread". I am not that important either. I just felt something needed to be said about it, so that maybe some dip shit will think about the ramifications of his statements before he types them.

Anyways... you guys can carry on with your scaring away of all the females, I am done here. SausageFest4Lifeeeeee
