I am shocked at what Crashino did to me on Saturday. After I had been a satisfied customer for 3,5 months (registered early March) they suddenly closed my account and confiscated the full 98mbtc balance without further notice and only sent me this vague email, not even listing any specific term I am supposed to have broken:

https://www.pasteboard.co/PSqNjnSdHIZJ.png

I went into livechat and was told to send an email for more information, but they have completely ignored the email I sent in response to this confiscation email for 2 days.
I have absolutely NO IDEA what I could have done wrong. I never used any VPN and also didn't take a bonus.

I had made deposits totalling 145mbtc and succesful withdrawals totalling 80mbtc before, meaning that the 98mbtc balance was not pure profit but in fact consisted of 65mbtc of my ownd deposited money too. See here: https://www.pasteboard.co/STyRiGcqVyn8.png

And now I also found out that Crashino is actually operating without any license. There is no license seal on their website, nothing to be found about a license in their terms and when asking in the livechat where they hold their license the chat clerk could not give me any answer, other than "you can find info about the license on the website".

So, I cannot file an official complaint with the licensor so I will stick to moving to dispute resolution services such as Askgamblers or BTCgosu.
Will keep you all update on this case. I am very sad and shocked.

I'm sorry to hear that. Sadly, their ANN thread has been locked by their representative, so you can't post there. Their representative was online last month, but I am not sure if they'll respond to you if you send them a PM.

You can also try posting a complaint on casino.guru, their representative seems to be responsive there. I mean, there is an ongoing case against crashino and their representative has responded there.

No, they locked a old thread, the new thread is still live: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5486683.60
Not a lot of action in the thread no, but not completely dead.

Regret to see you haven't checked their licence before choosing to gamble there; most of the gamblers do the same things. Gamblers are too lazy to read terms and conditions as well as check the licence. Later those mistakes lead to issues, such as these; I'm really sorry for your losses. I have checked their representative on the forum, and for almost one month they have been inactive. So we may not get a solution from their forum representative.

However, from the forum's end, we may advise getting help from the mediators. Gambling sites probably would comply with them; they aren't responding much on the scam accusations board. Don't give up; raise concern on the revealed platform, and then you may draw attention from them.

If you already adopt the idea that it is better to use a service with an activity license to ensure safety in dispute cases, you should have to verify the license before using any service. What the support said is a clear sign of unprofessionalism and most probably a canned message from a chatbot because their rep here once admitted that they are operating without a license:

Crashino is not licensed. This enables us not to perform KYC on our players.

I see, my bad. I do suggest trying posting this complaint on casino.guru(as I mentioned before), they seem to be active there since there is an ongoing case there, on which they have responded. You'd probably get more help there than here.

I played sports betting at Crashino, and sadly CasinoGuru do not handle complaints about sports. I have submitted my complaint to Askgamblers today.

The fact that they had no license 4 years ago does not mean they still cannot have a license. Most casinos who start without a license get one later on.
I am pretty sure I remember they had a license 1 or 2 years ago, when they ran a signature campaign here in Bitcointalk. But maybe they lost their license later on.

I contacted the person who ran that signature campaign up until last year (Hhampuz) via PM but sadly got no response (yet).

The quote being from 4 years doesn't mean it becomes invalid today if there are no updates later on that indicates the opposite. You have to confess it is your fault not to check the license and decide what you want to do only based on your pure assumptions.

How you remember they had a license through thei signature campaign? The thread is always there and post history of the official rep is also recorded.

Btw, the campaign manager has nothing related to your situation or to the license detail.

Because I simply cannot believe a signature campaign would be initiated for a company without a license. That's all

But let's not make this topic about license yes or no. My remark about no license was just a side note. They have stolen from me and this thread is to warn others against Crashino mostly.

Yet another site I have never heard about, haha. Where are these site coming from I always wonder. And the fact that they are operating without any valid license could have been found out before making a first deposit I guess.
Always check everything before starting at a new site, check license, study terms of service, check reviews, it might save you from a big disappointment.
Obviously that won't help now, I know.
