Welcome to Premu.xyz (“Premu,” “Platform,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Premu decentralized prediction marketplace and all related applications, interfaces, smart contracts, APIs, and services.
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Nature of the Platform
Premu is a decentralized application (“dApp”) that enables users to participate in blockchain-based prediction markets through self-custodied digital wallets and smart contracts.
The Platform operates using decentralized technologies and blockchain infrastructure. Users interact directly with smart contracts and blockchain networks at their own discretion and risk.
Premu does not provide brokerage services, custodial services, investment advisory services, banking services, or financial guarantees.
2. Eligibility
By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:
You are at least 18 years old
You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
Your use of the Platform complies with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
You understand the risks associated with blockchain technology, digital assets, and prediction markets
You are solely responsible for determining whether use of the Platform is permitted in your jurisdiction.
3. No Accounts or Custody
Premu does not require traditional user accounts.
Access to the Platform may occur through third-party blockchain wallets. You retain sole control over your wallet, private keys, seed phrases, and digital assets at all times.
We do not:
Custody user assets
Recover wallets or private keys
Reverse blockchain transactions
Guarantee transaction execution
Control blockchain networks
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and credentials.
4. Prediction Markets
The Platform enables users to create, participate in, and settle prediction markets.
Market outcomes may rely on external data sources, community mechanisms, decentralized governance processes, or designated resolution systems.
You acknowledge that:
Market prices may be volatile
Outcomes may be disputed
Smart contracts may contain bugs or vulnerabilities
Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible
Digital assets may lose value entirely
Participation in prediction markets is entirely at your own risk.
5. Decentralized Infrastructure
The Platform may rely on:

Premu does not control these systems and is not responsible for outages, forks, validator actions, congestion, exploits, or failures arising from third-party infrastructure.

Fees may fluctuate and are displayed where applicable.
You are solely responsible for paying all fees associated with your blockchain transactions.

The Premu name, branding, website content, interfaces, and associated materials are owned by Premu or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
These Terms do not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights related to the Platform.

Wallet providers
Blockchain networks
Oracle providers
Decentralized protocols

We are not responsible for third-party services, content, availability, or security practices.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Premu and its contributors shall not be liable for:

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform is to stop using it.
