Imagine stealing $700 and still being this insecure. Bump the thread again, please.

Imagine trying to steal from the oldest, most reputable bitcoin sportsbook with obvious scammer tactics that were last popular in 2017. Now imagine that the oldest, most reputable bitcoin sportsbook told you that we are reviewing and will get back to you, making it also the fairest bitcoin sportsbook, because it was giving you the chance to get your deposit back, despite you having tried to steal from us. What would a smart person do? Let the review run it's course and then complain, pending a resolution. What would a scammer moron do? Talk shit on the internet and refuse to go to mediation, while being proven a liar by posting obviously false stats. Now it's up to you. If it is your $700 go to mediation and show them. We will abide by whatever the mediator says.

Go to Similarweb, enter the URL of your scam site, and you will see the statistics. Similarweb is not my resource; it's a multi-million dollar startup that accurately tracks website traffic. But like I said, you clearly struggle with logical connections.

As for me being an idiot—I completely agree with you on that! I'm just furious that I made a deposit and got scammed by such petty fraudsters like you. But I have Casino Guru to thank for that. Unfortunately for me, that's where I found you.

Hello everyone following this topic.

I’ve decided to seriously take on this betcoin.ag scam scheme, and here are a few updates.

It took a lot of time to prove to Trustpilot that I fell into betcoin.ag's scam trap. Surprisingly, right after you post a review, they immediately tell Trustpilot they don't know this user, and Trustpilot simply deletes the review. And proving that betcoin.ag is scamming you isn't that simple because your account is blocked. It's really exhausting, but in the end, of course, I managed to prove it.

What’s most interesting is that Casino Guru also replied to my review saying I never interacted with them. This is amazing, considering I have 10 posts about the betcoin.ag scam on their own forum. I had to take screenshots and send them over. As a result, my review was restored, and they even thanked me for my cooperation Smiley

My next step is a review on AskGamblers. As expected, it was deleted, and they suggested filing a complaint instead, acting like the situation "isn't resolved yet." I wrote back that the very fact my deposit and winnings were stolen is proof that betcoin.ag is a scam, and I also attached a lot of links and documents. I don't know what they will answer, but we'll see. Though I don't understand why they rejected it—right now, betcoin.ag's average user rating on AskGamblers is already 1 star, so my review wouldn't have made it any worse for them. It’s a pity there’s no 0-star option.

Thanks to everyone who is interested, I'll keep you updated.

Just wanted to share a quick update with everyone following my thread. I managed to get in touch with AskGamblers support. They explained exactly what needed to be adjusted in my text, and after I made the changes, they successfully published my review about the betcoin.ag scam. The support team at AskGamblers is actually excellent and they genuinely try to help out.

Small update. A week ago I sent betcoin.ag an email about their scam, asking for the results of their so-called "investigation" as well as their legal registration address — and got total silence in response.

Now I'm wondering whether I can get their legal address from Betby instead. My lawyer says they're legally obligated to provide it, but they may still refuse.

Has anyone here actually dealt with Betby before? Looking through this forum's history, most scammed users just abandon their threads and give up the fight — and then the scam just keeps going for the next victim.

Two things. One, as explained extensively in the other thread, the "so-called investigation" was mostly done by their provider, in turn-key model. They do had a small window, AFAIK, to ask the details of the investigation, but cases that already past weeks, the record are harder to be fished from provider's database. Again, this is AFAIK.

Two, you better have a very powerful lawyer, if you want to get the real address of betby's client. Though GDPR-and-its-equivalence-for-wherever-Betby-resides, does not protect a B2B client's data, betby is mostly under contractual obligation to not giving the information away just because someone's lawyer asked for it. Legal path is needed, and prima facie needed to be established. One, that I can't see its existence so far that justify you to subpoena them the address.

Possibly! But in any case, I'm limited by a 60-day deadline according to their rules, which expires in literally just a few days. I'm eagerly waiting for the deadline so I can submit official complaints and get responses from Betby and Cloudflare.

Hi everyone who cares about this issue. I'm continuing my fight against the scammers at betcoin.ag. I've sent a letter to Betby. Theoretically, they're obligated to provide the information. I've attached the letter below. The next step is to get the IP from Cloudflare in order to send a request to the hosting provider and domain registrar to obtain more information.

To: Betby Compliance / Legal Department (EARLYBIRD LTD)
Address: 64, "Excalibur", B. Bontadini Street, Birkirkara, Malta
Re: Licence No. MGA/B2B/780/2020

Subject: Formal Notice — Player Fund Withholding and Unsubstantiated Fraud Allegation via Your Sportsbook Platform on betcoin.ag — Request for Data, Records, and Compliance Response

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to you as a player who placed bets through the sportsbook software provided by EARLYBIRD LTD ("Betby"), operating on the front-end brand betcoin.ag, under your Malta Gaming Authority licence MGA/B2B/780/2020.

Summary of facts:

I deposited approximately $700 in total across several transactions on betcoin.ag. I placed bets, incurred losses, and subsequently won several bets, bringing my balance to approximately $1,150–$1,200. I requested a withdrawal of $600. My withdrawal was frozen. Following contact with support, I was given an unusually short (60-minute) window to complete identity verification, which I completed successfully and on time. Immediately thereafter, my account was blocked, and I was accused of "sports abuse," with no bets, evidence, or specific policy violation ever identified to me, despite repeated requests.

Elapsed investigation period with no resolution:

The operator's own terms state that such "investigations" may take up to 60 days. I complied fully and in good faith with this timeframe: I did not escalate publicly during this period, I waited the full 60 days as stipulated by the operator's own rules, and I then submitted a follow-up request for a status update and release of funds. As expected — and as is consistent with the pattern described by numerous other players in public reviews — I received no response, no evidence, and no resolution of any kind. The operator was given every opportunity, under its own stated procedure, to substantiate its allegation or return my funds, and failed to do either. In my view, and in the view of many other affected players who have documented an identical sequence of events, this 60-day "investigation" period functions not as a genuine compliance process but as a mechanism to delay, discourage, and ultimately avoid paying out legitimately won funds — which I consider to constitute fraud.

I selected this platform based on its public reputation and its use of your sportsbook technology, on the understanding that a Malta-licensed B2B provider such as Betby conducts meaningful due diligence on its operator partners and maintains oversight of bet settlement and balance integrity. I placed my trust specifically in the credibility your brand lends to the platforms it powers.

Matters I ask you to clarify or address directly:

Based on the session key and API activity from my account (attached), bet placement, odds calculation, and balance updates for my sportsbook wagers were processed directly through Betby's own servers/API, with betcoin.ag functioning only as the front-end and payment/deposit intake layer. This indicates that Betby held direct technical control over my bet settlement and balance calculation — not merely a passive software licence. I ask Betby to confirm this architecture and to state what oversight, if any, was exercised over the settlement of my bets and the final balance shown before my account was blocked.
I have separately discovered that betcoin.ag's publicly stated licence (Curaçao) does not match the licence shown as current and valid on the operator's actual licensing validator (Anjouan Licensing Services Inc., Licence No. ALSI-202605043-FI2, entity 3-102-961387 SRL) — a jurisdiction whose licensing framework has been publicly questioned by, among others, the Central Bank of the Comoros itself. I ask Betby to confirm what due diligence was conducted on this operator prior to onboarding, and whether this licence discrepancy is something Betby's compliance function was aware of.
As a result of the account block, I have lost the ability to access records that I need to pursue this matter — including with law enforcement and, if necessary, in court. I am formally requesting:
a. A complete copy of my betting and session history (data subject access request, as applicable under GDPR and/or Maltese data protection law);
b. Confirmation of Betby's registered legal address for the purpose of a formal police report I intend to file regarding withheld funds, denial of access to my own transaction records, and what I consider to be a fraudulent pattern of fund withholding;
c. Any information Betby holds regarding the basis for the "sports abuse" determination made against my account, to the extent Betby was involved in or consulted on that determination.

Notice:

I intend to file a complaint with the Malta Gaming Authority regarding the adequacy of due diligence conducted on this operator, given the publicly documented pattern of similar player complaints describing an identical sequence of events (win → frozen withdrawal → rushed verification → unsubstantiated "sports abuse" block → silence through the full 60-day "investigation" period), as reported by numerous players on Trustpilot and other independent review platforms. I am also documenting this matter publicly and will include Betby's response, or lack thereof, in that record.

I would prefer to resolve the informational and documentation aspects of this matter directly with you. Please respond within 7 business days.
