Zero affiliation with that other site. Different team, different ownership, different platform entirely. The name Rizzy comes from the term "rizz" which we thought was fun, memorable, and fit the brand vibe we were going for. The similarity is purely coincidental, "rizz" has been everywhere the last couple of years so it's not surprising multiple unrelated brands landed near it. We'd encourage anyone to verify our licensing and terms directly rather than assuming a name connection means anything more than that.

On what makes Rizzy worth trying

We're operated by Golden Ape Ltd under a gaming license from Anjouan, Comoros. This caused confusion and we want to clear it up properly. The player who saw 40x landed on our standard welcome bonus, which is a straight 100% deposit match without free spins. The Bitcointalk-exclusive bonus, which includes the 100 free spins and carries a 35x wager, requires the code PLAY at signup. If you registered without that code and got the wrong bonus, please reach out to support, mention you're from Bitcointalk, and we'll fix it. On not being able to cancel an active bonus

Understood, and this is a real flexibility gap we acknowledge. Once a bonus is activated, balances merge and there's currently no self-serve cancel option. If you're in this situation and want it resolved, contact support directly and they'll work it out with you. This feedback has been noted and is on our list for future feature releases after checking with our license's requirements.

On the phone number registration requirement

We hear the community on this and we respect your privacy concerns. The field is currently mandatory to proceed through signup, but you can enter a placeholder number. All OTPs, promos, and account communications go through email so a real phone number isn't functionally required for anything on the platform. As for removing the field entirely, we've taken note of the collective feedback here and will update the community once a decision has been made. We're not dismissing it.

On sorting the game library by date

Good suggestion, we've passed it along to the team. Being able to filter by newest releases is the kind of practical UX improvement that actually makes a difference and we appreciate you flagging it.

On rakeback

Just to clarify since there seems to be some confusion: rakeback is calculated from your wagering activity, it's a return based on how much you bet on the platform. It is not a lossback and is separate from your win or loss on any given session.

On the Telegram channel spam

Thanks for flagging this. We're on it and tightening moderation on the channel. A bot filter is being looked at to keep it clean going forward.

On the VIP medal design

Noted, and fair point. The VIP ranks and medals don't currently match the overall quality of the ANN design and that inconsistency is something we'll be addressing to keep things visually coherent across the board.

Rizzy is not a new lunching casino. According to WHOISE, the domain was registered in year 2000. Probably a purchased domain or the company changed activity. We can't tell that the X account was also purchased two years ago or it's original one but they are already listed in casinoguru with one review backed to December 2025 and with a good rating (no complaints).

Now, speaking about the name of your casino, I saw on Trustpilot a site called "Rizz" that is being accused of stealing customer data, being an illegal site, and selling pirated games. They are accused of many things. Did you do a lot of research before choosing the name "Rizz" or was it something that just popped into your head and you immediately registered the domain and started the whole site without even bothering to check if the name was clean on the internet or not?

It's probably part of the regulation they are under. It is not uncommon for casinos to ask for a phone number during registration. From my point of view, they are pretty up front about their KYC(at least compared to casinos that claim to be a "no-kyc" casino). I mean, they never claimed to be a "no-kyc" casino, and if you look at their terms and conditions, it is stated what a gambler should do when registering.

Yeah the phone number shouldn't have been there and besides they also added email on the registeration so what they should have done instead was to remove phone number while the email serves all the purpose together with those other things someone would fill in before registering, just like you said phone number is as valuable to most people as kyc so actually is possible a lot of people may likely not going to be willing to add phone number. Is on there terms and conditions you will find the information you are looking for regarding if they allow kyc but I have not yet check it out.

Though, I would like to point out the design of your VIP ranks/medals are rather lacklustre when compared to the graphic design of the rest of the ANN, that is something you definitely need to check out in order to keep a good consistency in the future.

Also, since you mention there is such juicy one hundred percent deposit bonus, perhaps you should also tell us what the minimum wagering requirement is before us being able to withdraw whenever we would have left?
I think that is rather important to mention, as there could be people who do not have a clear idea of what those wagering requirements are.

Nah. I am not willing to test it.
In my opinion, casinos (specially new ones like this one) are supposed to be as transparent as possible with their potential gamblers and costumers, so there won't be any friction during the whole gambling experience.
They are supposed to mention both regular wagering requirement on their terms of service and also they are supposed to have a separate page for special wagering requirements for each one of their running bonuses and promotions.

We are not supposed to guess or deposit bonuses in order to know information which is supposed to be given to us from the very beginning. If anything, being this secretive about their minimum wagering could lead gamblers to assume those requirements to withdraw are not competitive when compared to the rest of the gambling market out there...

I hope they understand they need to be transparent and allow us to know this information from now on.
