An ordinary player would have received a red card and missed at least 1 game (probably 3-5, since this is an aggressive game that directly puts the player's health in danger), but son of FIFA did not even receive a yellow card.

I don't want to go into another discussion about how corrupt FIFA is and how disgraceful the Messi brand is – my point is this: is Argentina's odds (you can bet right now) at 1:9 undervalued? I think so, because this team has huge advantages over the unprivileged ones.

Great job buddy! I did not place any bets on outright because I thought they were going to be too low for the winners but man after seeing Argentina play the most relaxed game of all the teams so far,,, I have to agree, with referees on Messi's side forever, this is pure class money.

Friend, thanks for the kind words, but why are you exploding the shit bomb? 
First of all, there is no need to mention Ronaldo at all, he was not on the field or nearby, there is no need to turn this into a fanatical squabble between fanboy camps.
Secondly, Messi doesn't just have referee fans, FIFA is his father, have you forgotten?

I really hate the Argentina team and even with great odds I would never bet on them, just out of principle cause betting on them would mean I want them to win.
It's somehow always the same with them, dirty (hidden) fouls but complaining about the smallest things to the ref every single time. Not even talking about the ridiculous time wasting once they have even the smallest lead.
Too bad they won today and even Messi scoring 3 goals, actually sad.

I was expecting a yellow card and some fouls on today's match. But don't know why it was not given. Btw there's a conspiracy going on that it's the same referee Marciniak who was in 2022 Qatar Final Match Argentina Vs France. So the conspiracy is this referee might be favouring Argentina Team.

Btw you took right decision placing the bets on Argentina. I did also the same. The thing is in gambling putting the odds , right decision over emotion is the right choice always.

even though i haven’t placed a bet, i genuinely want messi to win his second world cup. if i were to bet on argentina winning the world cup, i’d practically become an argentine.

odds of 1 to 9 on argentina seem a bit strange to me, too. if you asked me right now, argentina would be my favorite to win the cup after france. i don’t know if i’ll look back at this message and feel regret once the world cup is over. i think argentina’s chances of winning the world cup are higher than 11%.

If this is what's happening then FIFA should make sure to not be trying to please the crowd by allowing obvious foul play to go without any consequences, being everyone favourite player doesn't mean you get to get away with breaking the rules, football is everyone's game, it's not here for just one person.

Damn, I didn't even notice that! It's really true. The situation is becoming increasingly interesting - it's clear that Argentina doesn't need help to beat Algeria, but they still need "insurance" for FIFA's son even in such an ordinary game, lol.
By the way, it's worth noting that if Messi had received a red card, Argentina would have been playing with one man down from the 31st minute. At the very least, they would have been physically exhausted, but the kind referee helped, hehe.
