Well, this only when you stake an amount of money that you cannot afford to lose, if you stake an amount that's within your comfort zone there is no way your heartbeat would increase. This happens a lot of times due to that fact anxiety sets in or the gambler is too scared of losing that amount of money. I think it's just a common feeling among gamblers. Sometimes I even get anxious about the outcome of an event, even when nothing is at stake. After you have done your analysis, just relax because your worries cannot change the outcome.

Yes, that happens t me too, especially when the bet is high, which is $10+ for me. But since I rarely make such bets, I can say about myself that I gamble for fun. If I were making huge bets too often, gambling would turn in something that frustrates me all the time, and I don't want that.

To be honest, this happens to me quite often and even when I am scared, it happens to me. Many times we are sitting and in the meantime something unexpected happens to us and I am faced with such a situation at that time. That can't be normal, dude; it's basically obvious that you placed a bet with an amount that has the chance of deciding your life if you are an HBP patient. I can't take that risk, and you should limit betting with such an amount or even on games that could make you feel that kind of pressure on you. As far as someone is gambling with what they can't afford to lose, they will likely always experience what you are experiencing because the person knows that the chances of losing are high. That is why they will likely experience one kind of shock or a racing heartbeat.I have also gone through that kind of stress before, but now that I have stopped betting with huge amounts of money, things are different. Sometimes, if I place a bet, I do not even bother to follow the game. After the game ends, I simply check the ticket to see whether I won or not. However, before, when I was betting to make money and staking high amounts, I would always get frustrated once I placed a bet.Therefore, for anyone to avoid this kind of frustration in gambling, they should always gamble with an amount they can afford to lose. The best way to do that is to see gambling as a form of entertainment, not as a way to make money.

Both physical and mental health is much better than any gambling victory. The fact that you have chosen to keep within your means is life saver to your health in the long run. You're just waiting for the result to come out to find out if you won or lost, you practically can't think about anything else until it's over. That's how I often feel. It haven't happened to me for a long while cause lately i try to be very careful with the amount I spend on gambling, I don't gamble beyond my spare money so there'll be no reason to have a panic attack or something close to that. It happens to gamblers who try the more risky way and gamble with important money without considering that gambling involves more of luck.
 Ofcourse you can't be the only one who bets beyond their limits so you shouldn't expect that people shouldn't advise you to gamble with your spare money,  some might have made similar mistake in the past like you did and giving you advise based on their experience.

Pretty sure that most of us do definitely have this kind of experience on which that whenever we do change up our bets and we are talking some amount that we arent that usually betting on, then it will really be giving out that normal impression or reaction on which we will definitely be having that fast beating of our heart and thats normal because you would be thinking that what if you had made out a wrong decision or just simply stick into your bet with the same amount? On the time that you do make that stake even more bigger and having that sudden change of option then you would really be having that normal reaction on which i would or all of us would really be experiencing and that what makes that betting/gambling would turned out to be entertainment and giving out that thrill after all.

Whenever I am betting big, which is usually on big matches like the NFL, these days the soccer World Cup, I tend to get nervous right after placing the bet. Not because I've bet money I can't afford to lose, but obviously, the amount is significant, and losing it hurts badly. Sometimes I even hedge my bets live just to make sure I have some breathing space.

I think it's very normal to stress about bets because no matter what amount you bet, it causes some anxiety and perhaps that's why wins feel so exciting.
