Shuffle casino didn’t freeze my account when I deposit 20 times but when I withdraw they put it as in review for over 15 hours .. please help I am silver 3 member with over $19,000 wager and customer since 2025 July

How much you asked to withdraw?
I should ask you to provide every evidence you have to valid your complaint or to follow the report gormat sticked at top of the board. But since it is just since 15 hours, I can say that nothing to do until they respond you after finishing the review process. If everything with your account activity is OK, it shouldn't take more than 24 hours (within the next 9 hours). Make sure that you are not using a VPN accessing from a restricted country or broke any rule in their TOS. Shuffle is known to be a reputed casino and their rep is is active. If you will not receive a response withing the next 9 hours, I suggest you to comtact the support via official website before trying other possible options.

your rank and how much you wagered doesn't matter.

did you contact shuffle support to see why the withdrawal is under review before you started this scam accusation?
you probably need to go thru KYC or they are checking something.

posting a scam accusation when not even a day has passed and you don't yet know exactly what's going on is jumping the gun saying you got scammed, don't you think?

i know how you feel, i been there before. but freaking out isn't gonna help.
just contact their support and see what's going on like i said. if it's something serious, or they refuse to pay you, or the review takes an unreasonable amount of time, then you can come back here to see if there is anything that can be done to help you.

i know how you feel, i been there before. but freaking out isn't gonna help.
just contact their support and see what's going on like i said. if it's something serious, or they refuse to pay you, or the review takes an unreasonable amount of time, then you can come back here to see if there is anything that can be done to help you.

Forget about how much you wagered. Is Silver 3 a ranking based on wagering? When was the last time you completed a successful withdrawal from Shuffle, and is your account fully KYC verified? I am asking all the questions that you should have in the OP.

Hi sorry and thanks for your time , I’ve deposited 20 times before and I’ve withdrew 19 times before this and yes silver 3 is rank from wagering , the last time I successfully withdrew was a 20 dollar before these two attempts and that was successful , sorry I’m just very sad and I’ve not slept my apologies I’m new here

This is probably the reason why your withdrawal is being held. Just complete the KYC process if they requested it. Once your verification is approved, you should be able to withdraw your funds without any issues unless, of course, there was some violation or suspicious activity on the account that caused the restriction.
Personally, I'm not KYC verified on Shuffle yet and all of my withdrawals have been processed instantly. The difference is that my withdrawals are much smaller than yours. I've never had any problems with shuffle.com. I'm not saying that because I'm part of their signature campaign, but simply because that has genuinely been my experience using the platform.

Wagering 20k is nothing, no need to emphasize this several times. There are thousands or maybe even 10s of thousands of player on the site with a higher VIP level, they don't need to scam a tiny fish like you.
Anyway, just go through KYC and see where it goes. If there is nothing wrong with your your residency (not violating KYC) I am sure you will see your money in no time. KYC is the most common thing ever, so no need to panic and come in here extra for this.
