I connected and configured the miner (or so I thought), but it will not connect to my 2.4ghz Wi-Fi network. Knowing me I messed up the network config, but now I cannot reconnect to the Terminus in any way.  It is in a Connecting to network and rebooting loop.

I removed the SD card, powered on the miner.  Removed power and reinstalled the SD card before powering back up.  Same Connect/Reboot loop.  Is there no way to do a hard reset on these devices?

I am still awaiting a reply from Gekkoscience on the matter.  Thanks in advance.

Hey @DragonBites, Your miner may be stuck in a reboot loop, so it may not be possible to reset it directly from the device. However, Maybe the solution is actually inside your SD card.

You can try the following methods:

Editing the Wi-Fi configuration file: First, remove the SD card from the miner and connect it to your computer or laptop using a card reader. There should be a configuration file for Wi-Fi setup inside the SD card (usually in the boot directory) (e.g. wpa_supplicant.conf or a similar file). Open the file with Notepad and check and edit your correct Wi-Fi SSID and Password. Or you can delete the incorrect configuration file, so that it returns to the default AP (Access Point) mode.

Re-flashing the firmware : If editing the file still doesn't work, the easiest solution is to reflash the SD card. Download the original firmware image file (.img) for the Terminus A2X from GekkoScience's official source or support thread. Reflash the SD card using BalenaEtcher or Rufus software.

Once the flashing is complete, insert the card back into the miner and power it on. The device will boot up like new (Factory Reset) and you will be able to configure Wi-Fi again without any hassle.

Hope this solves your problem. If you have any issues, please update here!

Thanks that worked.  Now I am getting a CGMiner Configuration issue.  No sure what the issue is here.  CGMiner Custom Command or Wallet Viewer.  The A2X is not as intuitive as the Magic Minder BG02.

First of all, the BTC mining support area is here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=40.0
Second is that all you need to enter into its cgminer GUI is the pool address and worker name. Pretty fool proof... Just what is the problem?
Main support for geko products is in Discord here https://discord.com/channels/457139201092091915/901294550260269068
Asking mods to move thread to the support area.

I figured Beginners & Help would be a good start. Anyway, in the Terminus A2X Smart Console I keep getting "Failed to Start CGMiner."  I have tried the default and others including this one in the CGMiner Custom Command line:  --gekko-terminus-detect --gekko-A2X-freq <600> --suggest-diff 32.

Mining Pool is http://us-bch.2miners.com:7373 with my BCH wallet on Coinbase.

Waller Viewer is set to my wallet (right?)

Anyway, on the A2X Miner it shows "CGMiner Configuration Issue" and tells me to go back to the Smart Console to update settings and "Cannot continue."

Just doing this as a hobby and thought I would try this miner for Bitcoin Cash.  I had zero issues setting up my MagicMiner BG02 for Bitcoin.

Nothing should be needed for the custom command line. As I said, should only need pool and user info. I've never used the wallet viewer so don't know if that may be an issue.

Does it work when pointed at a BTC pool? Shouldn't make any difference but worth a try just to check.
Drop a post in the discord link I gave and sidehack will pick up on it.
