1/ I want to share my experience with Duelbits (duelbits.com) Predict, because what happened after I won a bet has been extremely frustrating and concerning.

I had a winning bet on England vs Croatia, and based on the result, I was due a payout of around $7,000.

2/ Everything seemed normal until the bet won. Shortly after, instead of receiving my payout, my account was suddenly frozen and I was locked out.

No clear explanation was given at the time. I simply lost access to my account and my funds.

3/ After that, I started receiving repeated requests for KYC verification.

To be clear, I understand platforms may require KYC. But the timing is what concerns me: the account freeze happened right after a winning bet and a large payout became due.

4/ Since then, the process has felt like a loop: locked account, no payout, more KYC requests, and no clear resolution.

A $7,000 winning payout should not just disappear behind sudden account restrictions without a transparent explanation.

5/ I am not asking for special treatment. I am asking for a clear answer:

Why was my account frozen after the winning bet?
What exact KYC documents are required?
When will the review be completed?
When will the $7,000 payout be released?

6/ If there is an issue, Duelbits should provide a written explanation. If there is no issue, the account should be unlocked and the payout processed.

Users deserve transparency, especially when real money is involved.

7/ This experience has made me seriously question how Duelbits Predict handles winning bets and withdrawals.

Freezing an account only after a major win creates a terrible impression, especially when the user is then stuck in repeated KYC requests with no clear timeline.

8/ I’m sharing this publicly because I want a resolution and because other users should be aware of what can happen after a large win.

I’m asking Duelbits to review my case, unlock my account, and process the payout I’m owed.

9/ I’ll continue to update this thread with any response or progress.

For now, my account remains frozen, I’m locked out, and my $7,000 England vs Croatia winning payout has not been paid.
