How about, instead of writing long-winded paragraphs, you answer the main question specifically?

Long-winded paragraphs? What exactly did you want me to answer?

I simply said that if your criterion is "members sharing merits within the same community," then you should also add all the active members of the Pakistan community to your list.

Was that really a long-winded paragraph, or is it just an answer you do not like?

Or were you expecting me to agree that they're all my alts? What answer would actually satisfy you?

The administrators of another forum, who check IP addresses, state categorically that the accounts on the list are your alts. There are accounts with the same name on this forum too, such as Publictalk792, to whom you have also sent merits on this forum.

It’s too much of a coincidence, and in cases like this, the simplest explanation is usually the right one.

So you think all of these are my alt???

speeder
Meliodas
Leahized
AIRWAYS
Sosruko
Lazy
Publictalk792  <---- merit shared because same Pakistan board
Rustam Meraj  <---- merit shared because same Pakistan board

I have no idea about the other accounts.

If they have evidence such as matching IP logs, then what more evidence is needed? Why haven't all of those accounts been tagged yet? or you think ATT admins are my alts too?

However, if frequently sharing merits is enough to conclude that accounts are alts, then wouldn't the same logic apply here?

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=merit;u=1107222

Filicius ⇄ Don Pedro Dinero (21 + 10 merit transactions)
danadc ⇄ Don Pedro Dinero (62 + 12 merit transactions)
famososMuertos ⇄ Don Pedro Dinero (83 + 6 merit transactions)

By your own standard, I could just as easily suspect these are your alt accounts because you have exchanged merits with them so many times.

Of course, I do not actually know whether they are your alts, and I am not claiming they are. I simply counted the number of merit transactions. My point is that repeatedly exchanging merits, by itself, is not evidence that accounts are controlled by the same person.

IDK how things work on the other forum.

or you think ATT admins are my alts too?

Nice strawman argument but no, you are not getting away with this one either.

However, if frequently sharing merits is enough to conclude that accounts are alts, then wouldn't the same logic apply here?

You are not going to get away with strawman arguments like the bolded part. danadc and famososMuertos live thousands of miles away from where I am. Filicius might be closer but maybe hundreds of miles so our IPs are going to be different. You are not going to find a forum administrator saying that we are alts because we share on the same IP.

I already explained this in my previous post in the same thread, if you cared to read it.

It is actually the other way around. I applied to become a Merit Source because I ran out of sMerits after distributing them during the Pizza Contest. That is what made me think about applying.

Your explanation didn’t make sense. You would have only been lacking in merit for about a week. That isn’t “consistently running out of merit”.

Quote
So you think all of these are my alt???

I’m not convinced either way, without the Altcoinstalks admins providing further details. I’d also like to hear what these other members have to say. The names I am somewhat familiar with, Leahized and Rustam Meraj, might have good reason for avoiding this thread though. Leahized looks like a typical account farmer and Rustam Meraj is already tagged with a reference to multi-accounting activity.

Just like the OP, this account is catching merits in the Wall Observer thread and quite successfully.
But at some point, OP, having distributed the merits for the pizza contest, showed how he could be a generous source for everyone and put forward his candidacy.
It looks incredibly insincere and fake.
Haven't you really found a single decent post all this time, OP, and been saving everything for a special occasion?

Just like the OP, this account is catching merits in the Wall Observer thread and quite successfully.

I am being mentioned here since yesterday. And several times I have been called an account farmer. but I want to be clear about this. Because I don't have any second account and I am not involved in any fraud.

The above mentioned accounts are showing multi-accounting with me. I don't know and don't know about any of his accounts. But by observing for a while I understand, Publictalk792, Rustam Meraj, CryptoYar, all three of them are from Pakistan board. But I am a Bangladeshi, so how am I related to these accounts? I don't want any complications and want to build good relationship with everyone. If you want, I can give you a screenshot of my logged IP for the last 30 days.

Btw, I have seen in the past days that the most merit is misused in the local board or thread. So I'm avoid my local thread.

Don't do that. It doesn't prove anything, as screenshots can be doctored, and it's bad for privacy.

Nice try. But you are clearly lying. Instead of putting those words in quotation marks, please quote where I actually said that.

... to whom you have also sent merits on this forum.

That is your post, and it clearly suggests that those are my alts simply because I sent them merit.

I do not know why I have to defend activity from another forum here, but for your satisfaction, I applied the same logic you used — except I counted in kilometers, not miles.

meliodas → Turkey, around 3,246 km away from Pakistan
Speeder → Bangladesh, around 2,208 km away from Pakistan
AIRWAYS → Bangladesh, around 2,208 km away from Pakistan
Lazy → Bangladesh, around 2,208 km away from Pakistan
Leahized → Mostly posts in gambling, no connection
Publiktalk792 → Same city in Pakistan, but most probably around 50 km away
Rustam Meraj → Different city, different district, and most probably hundreds of km away

As for IPs from other countries matching, I do not know. Please ask the Altcoinstalks admins. They can answer that better than me.

Exactly. I would also like to know from Altcoinstalks admins how someone active in the Turkish board, or someone from Bangladesh posting in Bengali, can have the same IP as mine.

That is what I have been repeating: does being from the same country make us an account farm?

Yes, Publiktalk792, Rustam Meraj, CryptoYar, and many others are from Pakistan, so please add all of them to the list too if that is your standard.

This is probably the fourth time I am saying this.

Yes, I distributed merits during the Pizza Contest, and when I ran out of sMerits, only then did I apply to become a Merit Source.

What is wrong with that?

For your information, and I am sure you already know this, finding meritable posts is part of a Merit Source application.

So yes, I actively searched for good posts while preparing my application. Before that, whenever I found a meritable post, I merited it, but I was not spending hours hunting for good posts. That was part of the Merit Source application process, and I did exactly that.

I am sure if the OP knew that his application to become merit source would attract a huge amount negativity and scrutiny, he would never have created this thread. Since making the application, the OP has come under intense scrutiny and his deliberate obfuscation has been noticed by many members. I doubt he will be successful therefore he should consider locking the thread.

Your application seems a bit awkward to me, because you should have been more specific with your interest, specifying if you’re interested in being a merit source in a particular thread or specification on a particular local board that you want to share merits and be a merit source, anyways there is always a room for change, and you can still make some good changes that you must have made a mistake.

Anyways I wish you all the best in your application as a merit source, but you will have to be patience because it takes so much time for a merit source to be selected.

Yeah, right, and you just quote me out of context to suit yourself. I’m not going to waste any more time arguing with an account farmer who twists what I say and keeps resorting to straw man arguments (pretending to refute things I haven’t actually said).

This is what i actually said:
