The only reason you want to apply as merit source is to make it easier to farm more accounts.

Some really terrible candidates got approved the last time new merit sources were appointed, including a suspected account farmer from the Pakistan community. Other spammers and farmers saw how easy it was to abuse the system and were motivated to submit their own application.

Theymos is trying to clean up the forum by banning some members from displaying signatures and removing merit sources, which I believe he has done with SmartGold. These are solutions to problems that were exacerbated when such poor merit source selections were made.

The evidence against CryptoYar has been mostly circumstantial or kept confidential, but the manipulated images are the final straw to conclusively determine that they have been dishonest to cover up their unethical actions.

I personally like this one. If it was up to me, I'd approve your Merit Source Application, but not only because of that. I agree that the posts you quoted deserve merit indeed. Especially that one about copying your BTC address and posting a different one because your comp is infected.

That thread is dated June 30, everybody had almost 1 month to mention the connection problems, the VPN, etc etc and yet no one ever complained until the very moment you got called out. Another coincidence?

Seriously? User's have been complain about it for sometimes,  this happned even before the server change see below some user again admiting using VPN to run altcointalk

These all are before even I got tagged.
I said for me and (some other user metioned in my preivous post) it happened after that server update (or I feel it is because of that change, I was not sure). But clearly there is issue with altcointalk here in Pak and it happened on July 6 and July 7 too. You or let the investigators see IP's logs in 56 pages log file this day too and you will see different IPs. I can post screenhots but again that screenshots would be tagged AI generated so pleac check the logs yourself with investigator.  

1. Not everyone choose VPN as workaround. Other option such as proxy and Tor also exist.
2. Among people who use VPN, each of them may use different VPN service.
3. Among people who use same VPN service, each of them may choose different server/country. if the VPN server/country chosen automatically, the odds the application always choose same server/country with same IP for 11 months can't be that high.

Others used VPN or not but all above users even before this issue happend see May posts are using VPN and for me after 30th June it stopped working without VPN and VPN is the option I know so I started using it. I would posted all this altcoin but that thread is locked.

I am using tor yes I did use proxy too but VPN is more convenient for me.
Com'n who said I have been using VPN for 11 months??? Please read again started I using VPN after 30th June update and it was working on and off and I remember July 6 and 7 from my post where I used VPN to post.

You're full of shit. You used AI to add a design in the bottom of the bowl.
I adjusted the angle of the photo, and we can see that the AI made a mistake. It's clearly the same bowl used by Publictalk792.

So you support a contest cheater with multiple accounts to become a merit source? He will surely mix merit sent from eligible user to his own alt farm. Their whole local board is full of farmer.

I can’t imagine many of their user become a legendary by just circulating their merit on local board with single thread like they are jerking each other nonstop. I’m sure there’s a big god father working in the background with this gang.

Before the server change, the altt forum had serious stability issues. admin claims that DDoS attacks were constant, and that's why Cloudflare was set quite aggressively.
The screenshots you refer to are the problems that all alt visitors encountered and were sampled by CF verification.
admin just confirmed on the chat that there is no geo-restriction.

But as I said, the probability of two users here on the forum using the same type of bowl, in the same competition here on the forum, is just low.

To have beaten this probability is truly incredible.
