If no one have asked I will really want to know the reason why this ANN is created on self moderated, I think there is a motive to this because almost all the casinos that launches their Ann thread here are not self moderated and I must say that it's very risky to associate with this site as gambler can't post their experience and difficulties they would be encountering from this gambling site.

If you must permits me to say, I would advise to lock this Ann thread and post another Ann thread making it from for General discussion. The reason why you wouldn't have more people associated to this gambling site is that you put your ann threat on a self moderated because it looks so suspicious.

The starter considered your post invalid, and this issue of ANN threads and self-moderated options has been raised before; this is not the first time, and if you don't like how they handle posts on their thread, you can ignore posting in self-moderated ANN, and if you find anything suspicious, instead of stating it on the thread, you can create a topic of your own and raise your concern where it will not be deleted.

Your post is not worse than other bad posts, but they are roughly in the same rank, that is, they are equally bad. Many such posts pass through the filters of moderators, mostly just because there are many similar ones, and no one has reported them.

If the thread is self-moderated and the OP deleted your post, you have to ask him, not the forum moderators. Now that I see the thread you're talking about, your post looks like trash.

As for self-moderated threads, I advise you to avoid them unless you are directly involved in the discussion itself.

I think it's about this thread, which has 12 posts by 11+ users deleted. It is pure seo spam and probably deserves to be deleted

Why threads, including the announcement thread, are allowed self-moderated, you can read.
Self-moderated topics (announcement).

Basically, there are no rules to self-moderation and topic authors are fully responsible for such threads. Posters have to decide to post in such threads or create their own threads for discussion.

If you think a service is scam, you can create your thread in reputation board or service discussion board and talk about that.

In most sections, you now have the option of marking topics self-moderated when creating them. In self-moderated topics, the OP can delete replies. The option for enabling this is under "additional options". Topics cannot be converted to self-moderated topics after creation.

There are no rules to self-moderation. In self-moderated threads, replies belong to the OP. In other threads, replies belong to the respondents individually. Think carefully about whether you want to reply to a self-moderated topic, as your post may not be given due respect.

This is the reason why the OP deleted all the posts on that thread [SCAM WARNING] premiumblock.org successor to premu.xyz scam. Zwei created a scam warning against that casino, and in return, the OP deleted the posts and edited the thread. Check the thread created by Zwei to see more details about the issue.

Self moderated threads for advert.
I created the above thread some weeks ago to discuss this same issue but from some people’s responses a self moderated ANN thread is okay but for me any casino or service that their ANN thread is self moderated is a red flag, a service that is afraid of criticism actually has something to hide.

Did you not see the warning above the topic of self-moderated threads? Your post can be deleted if it is a good one so far the person that created the self-moderated thread can act the way he want, I prefer not to post under self-moderated threads unless it is a good poster that created it. If it was an announcement thread and self-moderated, that can deserve a neutral or red trust.

I don't think self moderation should be allowed in ANN threads. Since we can't change it, just avoid the thread as many others would also do.

Forum does not restrict casinos or any other service from making their ANN threads self-moderated; therefore, brands that want to moderate their Ann thread by themselves are free to do so, because there is nothing preventing them from moderating their thread if they wish or want to. Perhaps if you do not want to be moderated by the topic starter you should create your own thread. However, allowing casinos and other serves to moderate their own Ann threads is not idea for me, forum should restrict them from moderating their own threads.

I will repeat this, I don’t think any Board or Thread requires “self-moderated topic” restrictions. Just Make another thread regarding it if your post got deleted. If truly it’s a shady move, a new thread will get more attention than  a post stuck inside a 10+ page thread

Before replying under a self moderated thread, it is clear that you are at least aware of the fact that the OP can delete it if he feels he is not okay with your reply. it is self moderated and there is always a warning sign that makes you know that the author of the thread has the exclusive right to delete or retain any replies he gets under his thread. some creators just want to delete off similar responses or replies that doesn't give positive credence to the thread. as long as self moderated thread is allowed on the forum, it is only the moderators that can interfere in such mater.

It's obvious your post was deleted from the self moderated thread simply because the O.P saw your post to be off-topic and not related to  anything that has to do with the casino or it's operation. Because since there are no rules restricting casinos from regulating it's ANN thread from spam and unrelated discussions. I think they have the right if they wish to employ it's casino representative to monitor it's thread, making sure discussions are in line with its operations. Because inasmuch as what they deleted was not a complaint about the casino or an allegation against them. I think we should never judge a casino if they self moderate their ANN thread. Because the truth of the fact is that if they mess up, there will always be room for us to create an accusations thread against them.

I don't know if you understand this, Meta isn't the right place to drag scammers. It's part of Reputation board.
To prevent future questions, you can check how many posts deleted by OP. Scammers do their best to avoid being exposed, including deleting all replies except from their own alts.
