Does waiting for the price drop give an investor the opportunity to buy Bitcoin at the expected level? I think it is definitely difficult to get this opportunity because it is unknown when and in which direction the market will move. After the Bitcoin was revealed, when its price was low, many people received the message of Bitcoin, but they did not take the opportunity at that time, but later they had to buy at a higher price. Over time, the Bitcoin price is increasing, and this trend will continue in the future. Those who waited to find the Bitcoin dip may face more losses as the Bitcoin price increases later. In my opinion, those who are wise should start investing according to their own ability, especially in Bitcoin DCA, rather than waiting. In this way, no matter the rise or fall of the price, they will have good amount of bitcoin in the long term.

This Bitcoin accumulation thing, I feel anyone that want to buy Bitcoin should do what they are comfortable doing. If you are going to wait till when the price bottom and it's what you want, as long as you are going to buy it, that's your choice, the important nuance be say make you buy and hold it till when you want. Buying late is better than not buying at all, there are people that bought at the top that wish they wait so they can buy now that the price is down.

Everybody is free to do what they want, but as a community, we can always discuss which is better for which kind of people. Nobody is forced to follow a particular pattern or not follow a pattern. All we can do is state the facts, advantages and disadvantages of any choice you make. We can also discuss which is best based on the situation you find yourself in and how much you have. I don't think any of the methods used to accumulate is a wrong method, but I believe some methods are better suited for specific people.

It all depends on the individual,it’s a choice to make whether to adopt the DCA strategy or buying the dip.You not buying the dip doesn’t make others who are buying look unserious, they all have their personal or financial reasons for not adopting the DCA strategy.Every strategy has an advantage and a disadvantage, the reason why buying the dip may seem delaying or unserious is the fact you might have the available resources to start and you can’t start all because you’re waiting for the dip, then when the dip finally comes you may be in lack of resources that is why it’s important to start with the DCA strategy. But note, bitcoin won’t drop drastically to the point where it was created that is one thing to note so if you’re waiting for the dip you need to target a particular price.

I believe there's really this psychological aspect of investing, which people sometimes forget when they're making their decisions.  In theory, waiting for a dip sounds easy, but not many investors are able to do that when the dip actually arrives.  When the market prices begin to drop too rapidly, fear creeps in and they begin to think that the price will even drop more and they keep waiting and waiting and still end up missing out.

That's why consistency is so important, it takes out a lot of emotions and guessing from the process.  While it may be wise to have some spare cash at hand to make big corrections, but it is also important to be patient and disciplined enough so that when the market experiences a major drop, you are ready and confident enough to make a purchase.  The most important thing is the strategy that an investor can follow and stick to it through various market conditions.

Investors that gather the momentum of waiting for the dip are classified to a gambler, with my little knowledge i have gathered within the forum and outside the forum, i was meant to understand that the method of waiting for the dip, which will not come anytime soon, is not advisable for newbies to digest such a wrong way to wait for the dip, on the process of waiting will not only make you unserious but also make you to gamble around, due to you miss out some market opportunities.
