Recently Binance resumed their operation in India with crypto withdrawals allowed but didn't took them too long to hammer with with the same restriction as well.


Essentially, the new approach uses additional verification simply to allow banned exchanges to legally serve local customers again without changing the underlying policy. It's like repositioning the surveillance radar with enhanced capabilities that once operated freely.

Yeah, I just remembered the defensive attitude of local banks towards crypto users a few years ago. It's crazy.
